We were disappointed that there was not a coffee maker in the room. Also there was not an ice machine.

It was “ok” but it appears to me the Extended Stay appearance is looking more like Motel 6 with cheaper stuff including the bed. I stayed in the chairs dozens of times when working and was totally impressed. Probably been 5-6 years now and I was not impressed. Likely will seek other accommodations next time. Basically went from a 9-10 to a 5-6.

advertised as breakfast included, but it was only a coffee bar with a granola bar. no ice machine. place needed a deep cleaning. would not stay there again.

Just had too much parking lot loudness and our room got lots if interstate truck noise w we had window open. Fairly pet friendly!

I would not recommend staying here. When I pulled into the parking lot there was a large group of men sitting in the grassy area next to the parking lot in a circle playing loud music and smoking weed. The doors to the outside were propped open with rocks and there were almost no families staying there, just single men milling around and going into and out of various rooms. It was worrisome to me as a single woman traveling alone so I did not stay.

No clean , all the rooms are smelling very bad. Definitely not good for families or normal people. It was the worst place ever

Area was convenient to highway and fast food. Nice room with kitchenette and full size fridge. Carpet was dirty and damp.

The hotel is not in a great condition. Advertised as breakfast included, but only had carry away items - muffin, coffee. Bathrooms clean but very old. Wonderful staff.

was not a comfortable stay the staff that was there worked hard but most of the time very little staff was there our fridge was leaking on the floor when the the freezer would auto defrost, TV and remote problems we finally just got up and manually changed channels and adjusted the volume.

The front desk gal was very unprofessional and seem to have not been high!
In addition, two staff members knocked and walked right in our room after check in!

Very clean room plenty of amenities. The only thing regarding cleanliness's was the hallway needed vacuuming badly. Oddly enough it was the only thing that missed my five star rating. Breakfast was basically bagged oatmeal and coffee. Maybe this is common with extended stay hotels I’m not sure.

Desk staff had stepped out when we arrived around 8:00 PM. Didn't return for 15-20 minutes. Facility is long in the tooth but clean and quiet. Big plus having a kitchenette in the room.

Walls are thin, so very noisy. I can hear the occupants on the next level walking around, showering and toilet flushing. Made a good night’s sleep difficult
Accommodations are adequate, pet friendly.
Desk clerk was also doing laundry when I arrived, so she was brusque, probably overworked. Hard to be friendly at that hour when trying to do two things at once.

Property needs refreshing. Paint chipped and old. Could not get a clerk to come to front desk twice. Had to call front desk from lobby phone to get service.

Front desk manager Jammie went above and beyond to help with a 3 day stay and the property was comfortable, quiet, and clean.

We stayed here after leaving Yellowstone. It was just “fine”. Upon check-in the front desk told me that she is glad I got there first because even though I had prepaid for my room, it wasn’t guaranteed- they had 4 guests coming and only 2 rooms left. She tried to put me in a smoking room even though I asked for Non, and then tried to give me a smaller room than what I had reserved. She kept also telling me that I had not pre-paid, I need to pay again. It was really frustrating when you are hot and tired and the front desk doesn’t know what is going on. The room is what you’d expect for an overpriced Extended Stay. They had a kitchenette area when was ok. The floors felt gross. Beds were fine. We got there at 8 and were out by 6:30.

Took forever to get checked in. First room smelled like cigarettes which I'm allergic too. Second room smelled like weird and unpleasant. The bed was very uncomfortable. Will never stay there again.

although the room had a kitchenette (full sized refrigerator, two burner cook top, microwave and sink, there was nothing other than dish cloth as far as kitchen accessories. No a utensil or pan. Really not much different than the usual room with mini fridge and microwave. It wasn't a big deal, just seemed odd.

I paid for a room and my reservation was not honored. Not going to come here again. That is the most unprofessional thing you can do to someone traveling.

That the desk clerk woke us up at 1145 pm and knocked on everyone else’s door as well.
Also it said there was breakfast included: coffee and packaged muffins to me is not a breakfast.

the property was clean neat looking.
Elevator didn't work the next day. Heard that corp won't replace the elevator. cheaper to replace after 10 to 15 years. If my wife could not have gotten down on her own you would be finding a safe way in getting her down. no sense in going cheap. Customers and staff should not have to suffer at your hands.

Bathroom wall paint is peeling. Not really sure what is happening with the bathtub with pieces of it missing. I’m assuming its paint peeling also.

Elevator was broken on the day we left so we had to carry all of our luggage, cooler, etc downstairs from the third floor. Side doors were locked which was inconvenient.

We got there. We checked in paid for the room and then were told the elevator was not working. We had to haul aĺl of our stuff up to the second floor which was not good as i have a bad back and a bad heart. If they had told us before we checked in we would have cancelled. We had booked an accessible room but being on the second floor it was ot accessible and i had to leave ny wheelchair in the truck. The bed was lumpy and the room was not properly cleaned.

Horrible bathroom. Chipped bathtub/shower, unclean bathroom counter, stained bathroom sink. Gal at the counter said to make sure our car doors were locked, because they had breakins in the past, so obviously, no security. Made us feel uneasy. "Breakfast included " was a joke! Coffee and a dry muffin...yucky!

It was all fine, but nothing more than fine. Service was friendly enough. Room smelled a little funny, but not bad. Hotel was overall just really old. Laminate floors, in the bedrooms, slept on an old spring mattress on a metal frame. Definitely not the most comfortable room, felt comparable to a Motel 6, but it got the job done.

No cups for tea or coffee in room. Bathroom light tied to fan - noisy. Staff very nice and competent. Very clean.
