Steer clear and avoid this place at all costs. Foremost, the hotel is separated into two buildings. The "main" building has the check-in, breakfast area (small and dirty), gym, and such. The "hotel" portion is another building across the parking lot - an annex if you will. Poor layout, no elevator, paper thin walls, showers that sound like Niagara Falls or bursting pipe (you decide as you cringe), toilet that was oddly unlevel (that was a first). The location is right in the midst of a number of eateries. Trash pick up is at around 4:00am and you get to enjoy every sound of the trucks backing up, clanging, and the workers shouting directions to the drivers. Don't like sleep? Then this is the place for you! Breakfast was lame. Stale pancakes, turkey sausage (because you always want cardboard as a breakfast flavor), overcooked eggs, and then a small assortment of dry cereal and (if you are lucky) maybe a piece of fruit.

It was a nice stay. Breakfast was like most hotel breakfast. Love having access to coffee anytime. Daily room cleaning left a bit to be desired. Ex every day they took out trash, some days tgey made the bed, some not. Never ever have had tgat happen

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. Pleasantly surprised that daily housekeeping was an option and you can even request a time range that works for you. Would stay again.

It was okay, but definitely overpriced for what it was. We ended up being given a room in the building adjacent to the main building. The stairs leading up to our room were stained. Our room wasn’t super clean, either. For what we paid, I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Very comfortable room! The walk in shower was excellent with great water pressure! Absolutely met expectations.

Staff at the hotel were extremely customer oriented. Warm cookies at checkin was hit with my wife.

The hotel is at a convenient location to go visit the Strong Museum of play. There are also a number of grocery shopping options nearby. The general condition of the hotel would be average only. Our room has a small fridge, but the cabinet underneath looked like it was soaked at some point and never repaired for some reason. The carpet in the hall way also seems unkept/dirty. The microwave in the room was very convinient for us to eat microwave dinners. The room was reasonably spacious but the beddings were not as comfortable. We were under the impression that there would be 24-hr snacks available, but there would only be some bars and maybe a banana or two, quite below my expectation. Overall an OK stay, but will try other hotels if visiting the area again.

Our room exterior window was covered with a Paint cover as they must be doing exterior painting; our bathroom sink was clogged, the a/c unit was extremely loud. I didn't realize that we would be placed in a separate building from where the breakfast was served. I made a reservation 2 months ago. I thought that the $185 Saturday rate was high for the facility.

The hotel look new , room look nice and clean. I walk one level with luggage as they don’t have elevator, I wasn’t aware of that. Staff is friendly and helpful .

Decent hotel. Newly renovated entrance and breakfast area. Room was clean but had a bit of an old motel smell. Walls/ceiling is very thin and we could hear everyone walk upstairs. The pipes are also noisy, every time someone upstairs turned in the faucet we could hear it in our room. Breakfast was good, they had scrambled eggs, meat, yogurt, etc. We didn't need it but they had chargers for electric vehicles. Decent option for a one night stay.

This is always my go-to when I am in the area. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff is personable. They have a decent hot breakfast with coffee and fruit available throughout the day.

The hotel is well located, very basic in room space and amenities. The carpet was damp as parts of it must have been recently cleaned.

Terrible experience and never going back there. front desk was so rude and not helpful. Moreover they were asking customers to do a staff job. I ended up cancelling my stay and move to Hilton. Phone was not working, couldn’t find the comforter and I had to go to another building in rain to request for. Terrible experience with my small kids.

Photos had waffle maker. My kid is picky about breakfast, and looks forward to making his own waffle. At the hotel? No waffle maker. Waffles in steamer. Kid says he wants a fresh waffle, not reheated.
