I do not like to leave negative reviews and I am pretty tolerant of hotels but this location is just bad. The garbage was never picked up in front as you walk in to register, The dog walking area had feces everywhere even tho there was a dog friendly bag dispenser and trash can right there! (the bag dispenser had a nest built in it) The double lock on our door was faulty and we were awaken at 4:00 AM by room next door partying at a loud enough volume to wake us up! Horrible experience while dropping my son off at college

Supposedly it's a non smoking hotel, but there is the smelling of marijuana is any where inside the hotel. Expedia Web site posts false info that's breakfast included, indeed only grab and go. NO BREAKFAST. That's it, no more at that hotel.

Customer service was fabulous. Beds were comfy. The AC unit was working fabulously in our room. The hotel is a little run down and could use a better cleaning in public areas, but the room was clean. The kitchenette was a plus.

Have stayed here several times, always happy with what we experienced. The staff is excellent.

The staff was absolutely amazing! The room was quiet in the surroundings of the hotal was safe. We travel all over the US and this was one of our favorite hotels. So much we decided to stay another night.

This hotel was dirty in most all areas. The bldg had an odor. The phone did not work in the room.

AC was good, but that was it. It smelled bad, it was dirty, pubic hairs in bathroom & bed, floor wasn’t vacuumed. Very few towels. It was noisy. Homeless people were loitering all around. The pictures online are a complete lie. There was graffiti on the headboard as well as people fluids in the sheets. I would have rather slept in a cardboard tent. 10 point cleaning process? Nah.

The first room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke to the point that it was nauseating. The irony is that they make you sign an agreement that you won't smoke before you get your room key. The front desk person was doing her best and got us another room that didn't smell as bad, but we still had to get air freshener to be able to stand sleeping there for the night. I was honestly hoping there would be no more rooms available, and in retrospect wish I had just ate the cost and gotten a room somewhere else. The first red flag was when we walked in and the front desk person was also doing laundry and informing the guest in front of it that they were out of all but decaf coffee. Clearly this location is very understaffed, but the worker did what she could and was very apologetic. Anyway, after we took the dirty elevator up to our new room, we were greeted with dirty laminate flooring and the slightly fainter smell of cigarettes. The fridge was also dirty, and the TV was small, outdated, and slow to load. The bathroom was laughibly small and dingy. I don't know what year or hotel location the listing pictures are from, but do not be fooled. Do not stay here if you have ANY other options. I'm absolutely baffled by the good reviews. The only good thing is that it was super close to the highway. 0/10 aside from service. I can't seem to attach pictures I took, but Google will sure take them.:)

The front desk was friendly and quick, so service was good. Once I arrived in the room, there were a number of things that caused the rating. The two chairs in the room were so dirty, I would not have sat in either one. The fridge was dirty inside and the bathroom door handle was broken and could not be locked.

Parking is limited; in the hallway next to our room was a strong odor of marijuana; room appeared clean but the rest of the hotel had an overall ‘could be cleaner vibe.’

Room smelled like smoke and had ashes in the sink. Very dirty room and building overall. Much cheaper than everything else in town so we didn’t expect much. Won’t stay there again.

The room smelled like smoke or something if the sorts. I was taken back since it says non smoking & I had to sign a seperate form saying that myself and guests would not smoke in the room or a fee would be given. It wS an inexpensive room, basically clean, which is what we needed for 1 night. Staff was friendly and understanding of the curcumstances in the room. They offered spray to help but being a busy weeke d, could not accomodate a room change. Overall...suited our needs.

The whole hotel.smelled like Marijuana. The hallways were old wood and dirty. It was a very sketchy area. We will never ever stay there again!! The only upside was that the room was clean. And we felt safest in there.

Clean. Second door lock didnt work, needed screws. But everything thing else worked. Water was good and hot could improve the shower head.

This was a very poorly kept property with very suspect looking people staying there (not me of course). I guess I should’ve believed the reviews that were already online but I always try to give places a benefit of the doubt. Very disappointed.

This is a long term property so we understand the inconveniences. However, someone kept blocking the exterior door open, residents didnt clean up their dog messes, people hanging outside in the hallways, non guests using ourdoor patio tables. Bed was hard as a rock, and dressers were not dusted inside the drawers and the closet had no doors and the curtain was broke so could close it properly..

Bathroom Stench

Room and property was clean. Fresh linens, good towels, surfaces wiped down and clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. That said, this is an old extended stay hotel in dire need of a complete remodel. The bathroom fan rumbled at such a high level we just never turned on the light. Bathroom sink sags from mount, countertops in kitchenette delaminating, refrigerator looks like someone took a bat to it.

No in room amenities such as a coffee maker or utensils

We planned to stay for the night as it was centrally located. However, after checking in we got to our room to find a moldy sink and met with very unpleasant odor upon entering the door. However, we asked for a refund and the worker was very polite.

Price was good

Loved the room, but the people above us had a child and puppy, which is no big deal except the child was stomping on the floor and jumping off the bed onto the floor. Didn't get much sleep the first night. The second night we had enough and contacted the front desk and asked if they could please ask the people above us to keep the child from jumping off the bed onto the floor.

Great value for money. Needed a place for us and dogs while going across the country, our second time stopping there

The check in was good but having to carry 3 suitcases and a back up 3 fights of stairs because the elevator was broke was a bit much. Will not stay there again

Room smells of pot, hotel smells of pot. Not staying.

Elevator did not work, room key cards did not work correctly. Had to use jey cards approximately 10 tens to open the door

Would never stay at this hotel again. Run down, the advertised breakfast is a granola bar and service is poor.
