Slight musty smell in the room

Very old and dirty couch. Bathrooms are old but clean sheets were clean.

The lift was old, lights were not working in the landing areas.

Excellent room, good service and nice staff.

Nice and safe place to satay

Staff was awesome! Room was clean, place is super close to shops and places to eat. Airport shuttle was super easy and the driver was the kindest! The pool sucks though! It looks like a fountain that had fish in it and they decided to turn it into a pool. Can’t call that a pool. But the jacuzzi looked fine.

Something very eerie and off about this hotel. Call it a coincidence or paranoia but I am very well traveled and this is a first for me. The hotel is dark. Literally. The halls are a grey dark tone with grey carpeting that is old. Food service is mediocre and there is not much in the area. You definitely do not want to walk around and explore for safety reasons. Here is where things got eerie. On our floor, at the end of the hall, there was a room with the door left wide open with the lights and TV on. The door was left open all day as we were in and out of our room. The hotel experienced a black out. We had no power in our room and the hallway lights were off and emergency lighting was on. However, the phones were still working so I called down to the concierge and the guy said that it happens occasionally. While we were waiting for the power to come on in our room, we heard a noise coming from the hallway. We went into the hallway thinking it was our neighbours etc. but the noise was coming from the room with the door open. The door was still open and the lights and TV were still on!!!! Shortly after the power came on, we decided to bounce and head to the airport early. Again, maybe I'm tripping but something was very off about this hotel from beginning to end.

Great place

I would not recommend this hotel to foreigners. The service is poor from when trying to use the free shuttle bus service. To the poor receptionist service at the front desk. The hotel is dirty from the carpets to the curtains. The bed sheets even had stains. There was only a quarter of paper left on the toilet roll. This hotel is not fit for anyone to use. The hotel is poorly managed.

Everything was ok until the time to take the bus to the airport. 28 floors and only 12 people every hour to the airport. When talked with reception they said the bus was broken but nobody informed that and left a lot people try calling taxi or Uber.

Great stay….excellent option for a sleep over between flight connections!

It’s a nice hotel, just a little dated and popular with the business crowd so very busy during the week as well, but overall a good price and decent room and breakfast.

Fabulous hotel to stay

Good option for a airport hotel, shuttle included.

Hot shower did not work, phones did not work to call the desk, staff unlocked my door at 1am and disturbed my sleep.

Good location, great people, very convenient with a restaurant on site. The breakfast is also great. The rooms need a little freshen up, and sometimes the bathroom needed a little more cleaning. Overall a pleasant stay.

It was an Ok experience! My bedroom didn't had toilet paper and I had to go down to the reception to ask for some because when I called nobody answered and after letting them know, it took them almost an hour to bring some to my bedroom!
