The stay was pleasant not very many people however my mom still won a lot of money on the slot machines

This hotel is dated, and it shows. Super smoky casino floor. Staff were ok, nothing stellar.

No coffee pot,tv on a shelf to low to see from bed. Curtains wouldn’t close. Floors had holes in carpet and smell of cigarette smoke overwhelmed the room.

There was no cable the entire night and morning I stayed at this hotel. I was not made aware of this upon check in which was very frustrating. I understand some things are out of the hotels control but again no transparency when checking in. I called ot speak with the manager in the morning and was told there was nothing they could do.. not even a breakfast comp or anything! I had my child with me so as you can imagine it was difficult keeping her entertained through the stay. I was also told they were unaware it was a provider issue until awhile after my check in which is not true. Right when I got to my room and noticed no cable I called down to the front desk and the lady was well aware and just told me to call back at 8am when the manager arrived. Very unprofessional!

First room was absolutely filthy massive dust on the headboards, desk and dresser. Broken plastic pieces on the floor. Room had a bad musty smell. The restaurants ib the little casinos had run out of most foods and suggested not to order any fried foods due to not heibg cooked in a fryer but the microwave. The general store also ran out of hot foods.The 2nd room was somewhat better, cleaner. There were holes in the curtains, the TV was 20 years old and only got maybe 6 channels which maybe 4 came in clear. We are extremely disappointed in our stay we almost just went home after our 1st night but since I paid $183 we decided to stick it out. We will not be back at this hotel casino nor will we refer anyone to it.

As I walked in the casino, I was overwhelmed by the smoke smell - they need better filtration. Normally the smell doesn’t bother me, but it was overwhelming. My “deluxe” room was absolutely pathetic. It’s as if they threw all left over furniture in 1 room & then forgot to vacuum. No safe. No closet door. The staff at check in and the bar were very pleasant.

The rooms need updating. The wall paper in bathroom was peeling off. The tv was the size of a computer screen. The tv channels were very limited.
There are no restaurants available.Just bar food. I dont eat junk food. There was no options. They used to have a great restaurant till last year.
The windows were full of bird poop. Place just needs a good over all cleaning

service is not slow but snail pace.
Prices for the limited amount of available food was super cheap. 3 tacos for $5.00
No table games at all.
rooms where a little expensive but then again was Labor Day weekend.

Room was comfortable and fairly clean. Pillows are old and need replacing. Appreciated the big tv, refrigerator and microwave. Enjoyed our stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Our go to hotel. We have stayed at this hotel many times. Will return again soon.

The lady that checked us in was amazing I’m bummed that I can’t remember her name to give her a personal shoutout but she was great. Only stayed one night but was a really great night will be coming back again

The only problem is that they no longer have ice machines and the only offer a pound of ice a day and on that weather there nothing you could do with 1 bag of ice plus they told me to go to the store on the bottom and buy some

I've been going to Laughlin for 30 years, first time ever staying at this place. I must say, it's a very nice place. The bartenders and server are very nice and polite. The place is very clean when compared to other places in Laughlin. We will definitely stay here again!

Front desk receptionist was really nice. We got a room at the very corner which our view was to the back fans and trash which we couldn't upgrade cause they said they were booked.
Room was overall ok. A bit dated but understandable, carpets could be a bit more cleaner.
One of my bath towels was stained with black marks (makeup i guess) which was the last one left so my husband had to use my wet one to dry himself. No mat outside of tub so careful with kids which i gad one, it might get slippery.
FYI you need to ask for ice at front desk every time and youll get a small white bucket. No microwave, no oven, no coffee maker. Which i totally didnt realized so i had to eat my leftovers cold.

Management is just horrible. They wouldn't even talk to me. Everything is dirty. Rooms are awful and so old and smell. No ice. Escalators broken. Garage elevator broken. Pillows are half the size of a regular pillow. The beach was disgusting with trash everywhere. I will never stay again!

This was a very pleasant end for a two month vacation. If we had known, we would have left Las Vegas two days earlier and spent them with you. We really enjoyed our stay with you! Only complaint… need new pillows.

Was disappointing.. The restaurant is no longer there . Instead they have all of these areas that sell frozen foods or run out of food.

Staff was friendly and helpful, facility was clean inside, the pool needed some care, but they are redoing it in a few days. Would have preferred a sit down restaurant. The rooms were cool and comfortable, the bed was comfortable. The TV was old and only had a couple channels. No fridge, coffee maker, or microwave. if you are not a gambler, choose another hotel.
