The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was located in the center, making it accessible for tour pick-ups and walking to restaurants, stores, and the market. The town is lively, if you’re looking for quiet time, this might not be it. You can hear all the fireworks, music, and commotion happening outside.
The only downside is that our room was near the stairs and elevator, so we could hear everyone coming in and out and people who decided to just have conversations in the middle of the hall. Overall, it is a great place, but ask for a room far away from the elevator.

Close to everything! The room was very clean and comfortable. They had filtered water available to fill your water containers. They had hot tea available 24/7. Very nice accomodations.

The room was comfortable and clean with abundant hot water. The lobby was also a nice place to sit and get ready for the day- free water station and tea station.
One of the other main strengths of this hotel is its location, which is right in the middle of the historic center, and off a street that is accessible to cars, which makes pick up and drop off for tours/airport transfers, etc. easy.

The hotel was very nice and staff was kind. We went on a backpacking trip and were able to leave our excess baggage with the hotel for safe keeping. I was very disappointed upon my return to find my extra cash, credit card, and ID missing from my bag that was locked away. I reached out to the hotel for contact information to follow up, but have been unsuccessful. This has been a disheartening experience. If a representative from the hotel could follow up, that would be appreciated.

My mother and I had a great stay! We had an amazing view of the street. Staff was very welcoming and happy to help. The location of the hotel is perfect! Its right next to the plaza de armas. I would love to stay here again whenever I come back to Cusco!

We were here for 2 days after an Inca Trail hike. Great location right in the heart of things (one short block off Plaza de Armas). Staff was friendly, room was clean, and breakfast was adequate to start the day.

This hotel is perfect for exploring down town Cusco. It is a 1 minute walk to the main square and has a lot of restaurants nearby. There is a convenience store right next door. The staff were excellent and very friendly.

Right in the centre of historic Cusco. Huge comfortable bed, great shower and great breakfast. Expect a bit of road noise as it is right in the centre but it’s worth it for the location and great hotel.

Employees were nice and helpful. Rooms didn't have the main plaza views offer when I booked. I was given a room that smelt like the sewer. Also bathroom in the lobby didn't have water. Very disappointed. Nothing like description. I feel like i was ripped off. Not what i paid for.
