good value for money for a tourist trip to Cmabridge. Close to the park and ride, the best way to the centre. We were offered a welcome drink and snack. Very welcome indeed.

Room initially placed in had really awful odour. then when looking to have a shower, this also didnt work and "dribbled" from the shower head. Also some dark substance "sprayed" up the curtain windows. After complaining, I was moved to another room which seemed ok.

The room was clean & comfortable. Rooms sound proofing isn’t that great, we heard our neighbours early morning talking on the phone. The breakfast buffet was very busy and the staff struggled to keep dishes topped up. Food was ok but not fantastic. All staff were friendly & helpful. The free parking is great.

While it started great check in and accommodating special requirements for the first morning things went south come the second and third evening…. While Service was good on the first night the food was passable however on the third night staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing and the food came out cold and starters arrived after the mains … disappointing after such a great start.

Room fine, staff were good, food was appalling. Absolutely disgraceful. I had a pizza in the evening which was awful. The breakfast was worse. Why produce all those options for breakfast but not do any of them well. Why not just keep it simple but good quality. All you need is Good coffee, fresh croissant or a bacon roll and some fresh fruit. Maybe some yogurt and granola. That’s it but do it well! The coffee was absolutely disgusting.

The hotel was very busy but the breakfast service was really good. Nothing ran out, the food was great and tables were spotless. I don't normally review but as the hotel was so busy it was even more impressive to how they dealt with it all.

Hotel needed a car as not close for train or bus. Was very busy with 2 coach loads of foreign guests making for a busy hotel. Breakfast was very busy and food buffet was ok.

Stayed in room 211 - which was next to lift shaft. Sadly woken up several times due to the noise and people slamming doors. Room is above the main entrance, which also contributed to the noise.
Location perfect for business meeting, hence have stayed here many times. Next time will ask for a quiet room. Plenty of parking spaces and lovely location for a walk.

As you walk in, carpets are stinky and look moldy. Furniture is old and uncomfortable. Room is so tight, you can hardly keep luggage and walk around room.
Breakfast was included and unbeatable!

It was a two night stopover for my wife's operation at the Royal Papworth Hospital. It was somewhere clean and tidy to sleep and have breakfast. It served the purpose admirably. Close to the hospital, clean and friendly and helpful staff. The pizzas are excellent (6 stars)

We stayed there for 2 nights. Parked our car and registered it at the reception. And then 1 month later, we received a £100-invoice of parking. Ridiculous!

I liked the bedroom as the bed was great with super large pillows, tv was good, bathroom was really good.
I didn’t like the food in the evening. My friends had to have refunds as they had the same dish which wasn’t cooked properly. The menu was new and the manager was most apologetic. Shame though!
