Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in August. The best location! We were able to walk to and from the Taylor Swift concert which was so easy and fantastic! The buffet breakfast was so delicious. And the rooftop pool is fun! Great super tall hotel with a super helpful staff.

Very close to the train station makes this a convenient stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. We loved finishing up our day at the pool/spa with the city view.

We had a great time in the hotel. The pool was fantastic, kids were there everyday of our trip.

Great place to stay, central station is 5mins walking and there’s a lot of great restaurants in the area. Plus, it has an incredible view of the city.

So Glad we chose this hotel. A unique looking hotel, very elegant but very modern. Walking into the beautiful lobby with lovely lighting gives you the feel that you are somewhere special. Our check in was swift and then in the fast lift to the 25th floor in seconds. Our room was exceptionally clean and we were amazed by the size of the room, and the huge bed!, We had such a good view from our window you could could just stand there for ages. The bathroom, again so clean, was great with a large shower and separate bath, water so warm and nice. Going down for breakfast you are greeted by such friendly and happy staff who can't do enough for you, constantly bringing tea of coffee and topping up your fruit juice glass. Such a big choice of food from cereal to eggs and bacon and everything in-between also a chef who will make you fresh omelettes to order. The hotel also offers the use of an indoor swimming pool and hot tub on the 42 floor ( i think) and with the stunning views it was a great experience, there is also a spa & Gym as well. In summary you could not fault the Intercontinental in anyway, its situated in a perfect location to explore Warsaw from. The staff go out to make your stay the best that it can be, again special thanks to the staff at breakfast time and of course the unseen house keepers who keep everything spotless and nice you all work so hard and are a total credit to the Hotel...Thankyou

Great location. Great gym and views. Howevre, the hotel and the room were old and the room was not kept well.

All good , nice rooms although the kettle and coffee machine was leaking at the bottom during both of our seats in this hotel. The spa and pool is lovely, breakfast was delicious although the coffee from the machine during breakfast was terrible. Another point is that room service people could face been more friendly and more professional when ordering food to the room. The man who brought my food order was trying to convince me that the meal I originally ordered for my son was not burned and good enough to eat !! In contrast the staff at the hotel restaurant was very good! Fab location and very helpful concierge. There is also hairdressers on site and it’s next to a huge shopping mall

Overall, I was satisfied. The only negative thing I have to say is that there was not a microwave in the room. Other than that everything was great. The decorations, the staff, their patience with us I love it all. Also, don't get me started on the view, the 25th floor was the best.

My first stay at this hotel. The overall experience was above my expectations. Good service and atmosphere. Easy access to the facilities at the topp floor. Only wish there was more than one jacuzzi. It's very popular that one. There was only one mistake during my stay, but i think it might have been a misunderstanding where the hotel staff ordered me a hotel car, when i specifically had asked for a city taxi.

The lifts have been out of work one hour.We had to take the stairs for 23 floors. No specific communication from the hotel to excuse

Amazing location, health facility is also great. Has a big outdoor pool, steam room, dry sauna. We had massage there as well, at a very good price. Downtown restaurant at the hotel was also very good. Good food and service.

Excellent location. You are a 10mn walk from station. Facility is super clean! Breakfast options are exceptional.'The fine dining option was divine. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
