We stayed 2 nights. Room was clean and comfortable. It was adequate for what we needed. I must say it wad nice a quiet. No street noise.

It was short so not much to tell other than the room was wonderful! Very hot when I arrived, but adjustment of the thermostat resolved that relatively quickly.

Well probably my fault for not asking how much parking was. But thats nuts. Pool was supposedly open by this weekend and was not. Room was very nice and roomy.

The hotel was a convenient location for the concert we were attending. The staff were very friendly. The room was nice but the bathroom can use an upgrade. The free breakfast had a nice selection.

When I booked, I thought we were getting a suite with 2 queens and a separate space with a pull out couch. Turns out, “suite” means just having the couch added to the same standard size hotel room.

Overall, our stay was pretty good. The only thing that we wished was different was having vending machines more accessible, rather than utilizing the convenience store located in the lobby, and also, the glass doors on the shower did not completely meet the floor, so it was easy to flood the bathroom.

My my my the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and stocked with towels, soap really everything you needed the pool was nice and if you needed anything just dialed 0 and Mr. David would make sure you got what you needed. Good place to stay.

It was very nice and spacious room. Very clean. But only bad thing was they didn’t give us additional blanket when requested. The extra comforter was very rough and was not good for use. We were there for 3 nights they could easily accommodate us.

Hotel was in a good location but the cleanliness was sub par. Toilet was broken/running when we got there. Husband fixed it. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. The stains on the chair and floors were gross. Wish I drove home instead.

The lobby was nice. The parking valet’s were nice. It was easy to park. Our room had two windows but the view was of the building’s next door. Our toilet took a long time to fill up. The shower gel in the shower was empty. The pool was extremely cold. I couldn’t go in it. They didn’t replenish to towels in the pool area. There were also some dead cockroaches in the pool area.

We were very close to the areas we wanted to see and the ballpark. All were within easy walking distance.

The pool was closed abruptly while we were in the pool for cleaning purposes. Myself and a few other guest complained about the situation to the front desk and we were tell that management request the pool to be closed due to the many kids that were in the pool . Very disappointed don’t think I’ll visit again.

We came to Baltimore for a couple days for family vacation to see the Orioles play. The hotel was close to the field and convenient to the restaurants we chose to try. Our 2 complaints: 1. our a/c did not work well-it never did get to the desired temperature. 2. We paid $90 for 2 nights of parking and it took no less than 30 minutes every time we tried to get our car to go somewhere. In fact, every single time we came down to pick up our car, they claimed they had not gotten our requests and had not even left to get our car. Very frustrating for the price we paid to park/valet.

Soap dispenser was broken I informed the front desk about it and they charged me for valet parking which I didn’t even use!

We were in an accessible room. The walk-in shower was perfect. The layout of the room was not. The sofa was located on the same wall as the TV so it could not be used for viewing. That left the desk chair and bed to sit on. The bed itself was not as comfortable as I would have expected given the price of the room. We need an accessible room because my husband is recovering from a Spinal Cord Injury. Even in the lobby there was only one set of sofas that would support his neck when sitting, and none in our room. When we ventured out mid morning, there were two men propped against the front of the building not far from the front door that appeared to be lifeless.

The property was okay. II did not like the idea of not being able to get my hilton honors points at all because of you being a third party.. so I will probably not use expedia again
