I got upgrade to “better” room, which it turned out to be dated, dirty and worn out. It was supposed to be a “5 star” hotel and experience, in reality the hotel should receive 3 stars at max. Bathroom was dirty, towels were unusable, smelly. Floors were scratched, dirty and all decor was outdated and worn out. No one at the reception even ask “how was our stay”. Very disappointed stay, I wish I would have booked another hotel in the area.

Second time staying here. Very nice hotel, staff very attentive. Breakfast buffet was good. Could also order an omelet which my husband did. Staff at breakfast was very attentive to your needs. Good bed and pillows. Short walk to Stare Rynek.

Upon accessing my room, there was an odd odour and could see several mosquitos which left me feeling quite paranoid. Then when putting the air conditioning on, this then caused a foul rotten egg smell for several hours in the early hours of the morning. I complained and got a free upgrade and a refund where staff were super helpful. However, my first night was ruined by this horrific smell I had to endure. Definitely will not be staying here again.

Le Regina is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. An easy 10 min walk to the heart of old town. Beautiful spacious rooms, friendly helpful staff, beautiful reception area. Highly recommend!

Amazing hotel. Perfect location in the old town, very clean, amazing breakfast. The hotel had a great atmosphere and the staff were amazing. Breakfast was amazing. We stayed for two nights with young children. We would stay again.

Pros - nice location, most of the staff is good (except few), swimming pool
Cons - Spa is sub par, Parking around hotel is difficult, staff doesn’t have information about nearby places - better to Google than ask them, staff doesn’t take any requests into consideration. As an example - We stayed here for 40th B’day and hotel couldn’t even arrange a Pastry 😒

Unfortunately a film crew were there for over 24hrs. They took up the whole lounge area, not fair for the paying guests.

Although I booked a king size bed, we were given 2 twin beds together, I was too tired I did not bother …but at night I could not sleep because it is impossible for 2 adults being able to sleep on that tiny bed. So I went to reception at 3am and complained and they gave room with bigger bed. This should have been done in the first place. For 2 night stay it is a hassle to change a room!

Excellent location, exceptional style. Hotel is clean and fancy! Two welcomed features after long period of travel. Amazing spa-like washroom in our family room. Pool area at the hotel is absolutely lovely. Location/proximity to old town area is fabulous. The fountain area near the hotel is beautiful. Stay here if you can!

Excellent location walking distance to old town and many restaurants. The staff are very attentive, the young tall man with curly hair could not do enough for us. We had an early tour of Auschwitz in our second day and the hotel provided us with a fabulous boxed breakfast to take with us as we were too early to eat in restaurant. I can not say enough good about this hotel!! If back in Warsaw I will definitely stay here!!

Amazing stay - very attentive and compassionate staff who helped when we had a personal issue arise before our booking. Room was large and clean. Hotel and facilities were very modern, but still felt like it had character. Would definitely stay here again when next in Warsaw and will recommend to my friends and family in the meantime - I’ve already told some of them about how this is a great (and unknown!) gem of a hotel!!

Very comfortable, excellent location in quiet street in New Town (Nowe Miasto) area, and staff were without fail friendly, obliging and helpful. Good range and choice at the breakfast buffet, but the cooked items, each morning of our five day stay, we’re only luke-warm at best. The water in the pool was warm enough on our first day, but on the next two days it was painfully cold - disappointing.
