Amazing hotel with great rooms. Very clean, great staff, we had overall a really good experience in this hotel. We would definitely come back again.

The resort is quiet and beautiful

This was not our first time at this resort, and we will be back again. We had a great time, and this place sits on the best beach. Also, the food at the restaurant was very good. Staff is very welcoming and makes you feel home. Highly recommend.

One of the best vacation we had

First time in Turks and it was amazing. Property is beautiful and close to shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would absolutely go back.

Beautiful and relaxing!

The location is perfect for accessing Grace Bay as well as local attractions

The property was an excellent choice, quiet, close to the beach. Staff was excellent in every aspect. But there are some downsides. 1st transportation is not provided so if you want to go somewhere you will have to take a taxi. Also bring an adequate amount of money, everybody does not accept cards especially the taxi's and ATM's are not readily available.

I loved my stay here at the Royal West Indies. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was always cleaned and maintained, the pools were spotless, and the beach beautiful. The food at the restaurant was delicious and perfect quantity. Only negatives was that I wished we had known you needed reservations for the lobster night on Wednesday. And that the adult only pool was actually kept adult only. Nonetheless, I will be back soon.

People and staff were wonderful, helpful and they kept everything nice and clean.

Liked bar/drinks close to beach. Liked Hobie cat included, unlike other resorts. Wished they had gym. Bikes were a little old and rickety.

The place is quiet & the staff is very nice. 15-20 walking distance to shopping centers and other amazing dining options. Hope to return soon again.

I had a great time at Royal West Indies resort! It is located on grace bay beach which provides easy access to this beach. They have two pools and a hot tub. I also liked that the studio we stayed had a washer / dryer and a beautiful balcony. For the price, this was a great option if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing stay. Please keep in mind the menu prices are very expensive. Otherwise it is a great option to consider.

Second time at the RWI. Love the property. The keyless entry leaves a bit to be desired as the tags had to be rekeyed a few times during our stay. But other than that our stay was wonderful. Front desk staff is delightful. Looking forward to my next visit.

Grace Bay beach is amazing and this resort has wonderful beach access. I loved that they provide loungers and umbrellas on the beach for guests. The restaurant on property was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and the grounds were beautiful! Would love to stay at this property again in the future.

Excellent beach area, great landscaping; super convenient for relaxing all day. Room needs minor updates but was very clean. Overall a great experience!

We arrived on Saturday, July 27, 2024 around 3:00pm - check-in time. We were given a substandard garden view room when we paid in full for an Oceanfront room. We were told the difference was that there was a difference between Oceanfront and Ocean view. Very cute. Not funny though. I explained I had called the property and made my intention to rent the oceanfront room clear and that they told me it was going to be oceanfront. Instead they gave me building #5 - three rows into the property from oceanfront. Horrible! I complained and they upgraded me to the second row which was still not what I wanted but better. On Monday, July 29, 2024, the air conditioning in our room stopped working. The temperature in the room was between 90 and 100 degrees Fahrenheit or 30 - 40 Celsius with humidity. It took 48 hours to fix the air conditioning. I placed a complaint with the front desk about the false advertising of the hotel room location and the staff quickly blamed me for making the booking through Expedia.com or Hotels.com. When I brought this up to Hotels.com during my vacation, they told me that the property is responsible for submitting the description and photos of the property not Hotels.com. Hotels gave me a partial refund of One Key of $577.00 which is nice, but I do not feel fully compensated. The accommodations cost $3,342.64 at a rate of $376.00 per night.

The property grounds were well maintained. The staff was friendly and always helpful. We went the end of July and the beach was never crowded. Beach chairs are always available. We never went to the pool but that was not crowded either. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath garden view room 614 which was actually 2 units on the ground floor. A studio queen with bathroom and a 1 bedroom with bathroom. The 1 bedroom was beautifully furnished. The studio a little older but still nice. The adult pool was right outside the patio and in a perfect location. I would recommend anyone with a family that needs multiple rooms to stay at Royal West Indies. It is a bit further from the main area for shopping and dining but is walkable within 15 mins. It is a quicker walk from the beach and cut through the ritz Carlton.

It was an ok property. I would not go back though as there is very little to do there. The beach is gorgeous. We asked for ocean view and apparently that means seeing it from a long distance across pool.

Paradise. Property is magnificently landscaped, with great attention to detail. It was like being in a botanical garden. Lovely, individual, 3-story buildings rather than a large hotel. Terraces overlooking the botanical garden or that gorgeous turquoise ocean. The place was quiet and peaceful. Staff was wonderfully warm, inviting, and helpful.
