Room was beautiful and clean. Unfortunately both queen beds in the room were super squeaky maybe from the higher humidity. Seemed to be an older hotel, hallways gave off a slight creepy feeling. Hotel check- in staff friendly and very helpful. Gift shop employee also responsible for making coffee (at least during my stay) please remember to tip, as I did not see anyone do so! When I provided a tip, she seemed genuinely surprised and extremely grateful! Room service was not available, which I was really looking forward to- not upset/ just think during check in, that should have been mentioned- overall great stay and gorgeous view!

Everything was great from check in with Gustavo to bar service from Evan and Benito to the staff who were cleaning non stop. I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast bar, but I did drink 4 cups of the yummy coffee every morning!!! Our room was clean. Loved how close it was to the beach, a pier away! We will definitely stay next year!!!!

It was good. Everyone was very friendly. Would stay again. Perfect access to beach and a clean pool. The language barrier was a little difficult when we needed maid service or maintenance.

Loved the cleanliness. Website greatly exaggerated what it considers a restaurant and a Starbucks. Pool could not accommodate amount of guests and did not adhere to quiet hours. Thin walls (kids screaming and barking dogs). Great beach access. Only two slow elevators. Wonderful staff. Not ideal for couples, great for budget families.

Property was decent for the price. Free breakfast was included. The bathrooms could’ve been cleaner, the pullout mattress was full of sand, and the pool water area seemed very cloudy and dirty. The store and lobby area was amazing, and the staff was so helpful and amazing. Just wish it was cleaner. But overall, great for the price.

We enjoyed our stay here. We loved they had a Starbucks inside the property and the food they sold by the pool was delicious as well. The only downside I would say is that the pool does get crowded since it's a bit small and the hot tub was too hot to stay inside. Other than that, everything else was pleasant.

We’ve stayed at La Copa multiple times and it never disappoints!! It’s always clean and very well kept and the staff is always a step above!!! Definitely coming back!

Our stay was great. Staff was very friendly. Location and beach access was convenient. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Complete disappointment. The room was okay, but the beds and pillows were absolutely horrible. None of us got any good sleep. The door handle to the bathroom kept coming off as the little screw was completely stripped. Breakfast was really bad and the only thing edible were the waffles as long as you got some that weren’t rock hard. The coffee was just completely bitter. Tried omelette the day before checkout and they didn’t even cook it long enough for the cheese to melt. The ham was still cold as well. The breakfast area resembled more of a military chow hall and the tables we sat for two days all were wobbly, spilling our drinks on a couple occasions. The elevators were overwhelmed with the amount of people there so we took the stairs most of the time. Had to call housekeeping numerous times to ask for fresh towels and wash clothes as we were traveling with two kids. Not sure but one of the “fresh” wash clothes they brought had residual eye makeup from someone else on it. The pool was cloudy and overcrowded as well. The only great thing we thought was how close it was to the beach. Other than that, we were completely disappointed with the property.

Hotel was very clean. Staff very friendly and prompt when asking for anything. Lovely pool and convenient walkway to beach.

Everything was great, the breakfast was great, beach was onsite, everything you need in a hotel in one spot a gift shop, Starbucks, a pizza joint, the swimming pool area, to the beach. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a family to as little as a couple great for all. 10 out 10 must god damn try again with this one 👏

Clean room, great breakfast, good value. Could use some decorating to make it more inviting but can’t complain the value for the price.

Balcony very narrow. I DID NOT like the coffee maker in Bathroom. Very disgusting!! I like to drink coffee at anytime of the day, but: Not at this Hotel. Everything else was great.
