Clean, somewhat comfortable. Some things in disrepair, lightbulb, very small water in shower, toilet paper dispenser not staying in the wall. TV had only a few channels.

I am very disappointed, the customer service very unprofessional. We will not able to get in the room because he gave us the keys not working. My husband went told the customer service but he didn’t come to help us again my husband told him the problem finally came still the keys were not working finally he used the muster and key. But no apology. And the coffee maker is in the bathroom who makes coffee in the bathroom that’s is very dirty to drink. And the sink smells so bad. We are not any desire to stay agin.

Room was clean and large. Bed was very comfortable. Only problem was that when we arrived, we were given the wrong type of room. I booked two queens and was given a king room. Because of how we were traveling, I needed the two queen beds and when I asked the front desk, I was told it could not be changed because they had decided to give that room to somebody else. Not quite sure why they would think that was appropriate to do so after I paid for the other room. They just assumed that I could make due with a king because somebody else had kids and needed the other bed. It must’ve never dawned on them that I had two people that needed two separate beds. I was told that there was nothing they could do even though I showed them that I paid for two queens. They basically said sorry can’t help you. Weird and slightly unprofessional

Staff was friendly. Everything was clean. Hotel was quiet. Good location that was close to shopping and restaurants. A little wear amd tear in the bathroom where looks like someone had a dog trying to escape. A/C was a little loud in the room but if you like white noise, your good.

The lobby was clean inviting. Bottled water, cold fruited water, chocolates, and coffee was awaiting guests.
Hard candies were on each bed. The room was clean, comfortable and larger than I had expected.
They just need to pay attention to the wear on doors, carpet, etc. before it gets a "run down" feel.

The front desk, delightful, young lady Meghana was there both when we checked in and checked out. We go out of our way when in OKC to go to the Memorial Best Western. It is very nice, clean, quite, has a good breakfast, and also has a friendly staff. We always stay only here because it is the BEST!

My first room the ac didn't work so they moved me to another room. Got to that room and the ac unit was away from the wall and was making noise. So i got another room. They upgraded me to a king suite for no charge. I had requested a late check but house knocked on my door twice and then the front desk called. I was pretty frustrated but when i got to the front desk and explained what happened the GM came out and made everything right and said he would look at the rooms. I appreciate a GM that listens to his guests and make things right. Great job Best Western.

When we arrived(after check in time), our room was not ready. We were put in another room. This room had a couch that was unusable. The cushions sank all the way down when you tried to sit down. The shower had a shelf that was partially separated from the wall. The worst thing though was the smell. The cleaning products that had been used were extremely strong smelling and caused my nose to burn and coughing spasms. I requested another room. This room was better except for the extremely strong smell of the cleaning agents. Opening the window helped, but only slightly and since we were on the 1st floor keeping the window open was not something that could be done for long. I know there are many cleaning agents without harsh strong smells, and I think this hotel should check into changing cleaners.
