Staff was friendly and helpful. Due to the rain not expected my grand daughter's baby shower had to be moved inside so we used the lobby/breakfast area for a small family baby shower mid afternoon. I am really thankful they were so helpful about it.

my refrigerator wasn’t working I called the front desk and nothing was done. went down in the morning to inform staff at 8:00 AM I was told maintenance came in at 9:00 and they would send someone ASAP. I informed them that I was there for to see my Boyfriend who was in the military and even though it was a vacation I would be working during the daytime. I had packed lunches that would spoil. maintenance didn’t show up till the afternoon and all of my food was destroyed!

Long walk from elevator to room. But may have been due to remodeling going on at other end of building. Also, the lights on the walls have small switches at the bottom of the lamp brackets. This is NOT OBVIOUS and took forever to figure out. Put a switch location tag or note on the bedside table or have clerk advise this at check-in.

I loved that the pool opened at 6 am.

There was a long line at the one waffle machine and not much else. Our room was next to the elevator, so there were students congregating outside early in the morning, and I had requested a quiet room.

The breakfast was fine. The dining area was nice and clean.

TV's didn't work. Carpet off elevator very dirty. Trash in parking lot. Many of the bushes in front of hotel dead. Very disappointing. Will not go back.

Pool was way to small and area needed to be kept up

The convince of the location to the lazy E arena and restaurants . Great on and off of the interstate.

Breakfast was a little short with items and eggs were not good, sausage needed to be cooked a little more.
