My room had roaches

It was a great pleasure to stay there. The clerk that check us in she was so very nice. If I come by to visit Atlanta again I will definitely stay there again. Also it was so fresh nice and clean.

Front desk night shift wasn’t very friendly. House keeping came in and removed all the dirty towels but didn’t supply us with any clean towels. Ice machines weren’t working Building is older and could use some updating.

There was no hot water in the shower. We left the water running for almost an hour before it got hot. It was like that for the duration of our stay. The air conditioners were extremely loud, every time the turned on there was a loud clicking sound that followed until it turned off.

Great lay out of the room

Handle fell off dresser, room a/c and heat unit squealed and sounded like fan bearing is bad. No drain stop for bathtub. All the ice machines were out of service but room was clean and comfortable, good breakfast bar, polite staff. Hotel cannot do much about Atlanta and the continuous gunshots or police cars blocking entrances.

Was here to see a show at the Roxy. Hotel is very close to The Battery and interstate 285 so very convenient. Staff was very helpful. I checked out and forgot that I’d left clothes hanging in the closet. The front desk called me before I’d even left the parking lot. Much appreciated.

Had a very nice stay

Upon entering room odor noted throughout entire room. Next day bed was made with clothing into bed as well as pillows thrown onto bed. Front desk staff not attentive to guest, standing on phones and sitting around in lobby.

The odor in the hallway was almost unbearable. It reeked of something. It may have been an industrial cleaning product. The odor in the room was slightly better but not by much. If you are sensitive to smells, definitely do not stay at this hotel. I sprayed it with fabreeze which did help some. Otherwise, the hotel was dated but quiet at least.

I arrived at this hotel after leaving a really bad hotel with a horrible experience. They welcomed us with open arms, was very hospitable and friendly, and allowed us to check in early due to my family having nowhere to stay. I will definitely stay at Wyndham again.

Stayed here while attending a concert at the battery. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

The room setup was great (I got one of the 2 bedroom places). For the price it was fantastic. The people were nice. The room had an air conditioner for each room which was great. I could tell that the room was in a little rougher shape than I would have expected from the renovation just a few years ago and from how nice the lobby seemed. However, it wasn't an issue. I could just tell it was "beat up" a little more than expected. The hallways were warm (I'm guessing no AC in the hallways) but the room was great and was cold. I would stay again for sure.

Warning do not stay here! The room smells of urine and has a musty odor. My fiancé mentioned the toilet seat does not stay up. Splatters of food and blood on the walls, Rust spots on different sections of the carpet. Hair in shower, hair in towels, dirty pillows. When you walk into the lobby it smells great… it’s a trap! The lobby is a completely different experience. We booked a stay due to the storm in Atlanta it was the worst experience ever. I will never stay here again. Take that effort into cleaning and upgrading the hotel. I do not wish this experience on anyone. Hotels.com was terrible when I called to request compensation. Of course I understood I would not fully be refunded but they offered me a twenty five dollar credit. It’s an insult. I will no longer use the site. I have been using them since 2008 faithfully. We were there for a Braves game. This hotel is within fairly easy walking distance from Truist Park. The only down side is the walk back to the hotel from the Park. Due to traffic flow and streets being blocked, etc you have to walk up 2 or 3 blocks and then cross over and walk back down to reach hotel. But, that is not hotel's fault. Check in was easy, breakfast was good.

Very friendly staff, very accommodating! Quiet and safe location!

I never checked in. Within in last 24 hours the baseball games were cancelled due to Hurricane Helene

This hotel needs to be updated and have better management. The girl at the front desk is constantly on her phone and just takes her time while helping guest. All of the ice machines and entire hotel were out of order so I had no ice for my stay. The breakfast taste like cardboard. My room had the worst musty, moldy smell ever. The hotel just dirty and not well maintained. Management seems absent. It’s walkable to the battery to catch a Braves game and that’s probably the only reason they’re still in business

We arrived at 1:30. Despite the parking lot being almost empty, we were refused an early check in. We sat in the car for an hour and a half because there was heavy rain and nothing to do. The indoor pool was too cold to enjoy, which was disappointing since the game got rained out. Other than those things it was a pleasant stay. Very close to the stadium.

We were under a STATE OF EMERGENCY and had to cancel our reservation buy was informed that we would not get a refund. Very poor and possibly illegal action on teir part. I will be contacting the BBB and the Governor' Office of consumer affairs about this.

Second time stay here at this location and will again the next time I'm in Atlanta. My only complaint was the A/C had a musty smell to it. Otherwise a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Slow check In with no lines and late at night. Shampoo dispenser did not work. No blankets in room. Very small soap bottle for 3 people. Not enough towels or washcloths.

There were weird sounds constantly all the time. According to hotel staff, the sounds come from the elevator going up and down since my room is next to the elevators. We could not sleep. It was awful. The treadmill in the fitness room did not work. I would not recommend this hotel.

Right next to where I wanted to go, fast and easy check in and check out, nice front desk staff

Great stay!!

I’ve never paid this much for a hotel room to walk on and find that the sink was cracked into three pieces and was still being used. Scratched walls, poor repairs, etc. I’ve stayed in budget hotels that were in far better condition than this one. The only thing keeping this place open is the short walk to Truist field.

The air conditioner in the room was terrible.

The premium suite was nice for the price. Bathroom was excellent!

They were very accommodating!
