The simple word is this hotel is the worst experience we ever have. The reception stuff is not professional at all. (1) Although they offer a shuttle, they did not accept to send it to us at the airport. Almost one hour struggling with them over the phone while the kids are very tired with no results. They closes the line two times while we are calling. Once we said we will contact Expedia, they accept to send it. (2) They do not follow any COVED-19 recommendations. (3) the rooms are not clean, beds are very uncomfortable, (3) the water boiler is full of salts in the bottom, which means it is not good to use it for tea or so; (4) the receptionist is extremely un-professional, whatever you ask them, they say “we don’t know” in a very bad way.” I am not sure if the way that they dealt with us is normal for them or it is because we are Canadian Muslims. Hopefully they correct them self and become more welcome. I will never book with them again.

Be aware that there are two locations of Campanile for some reason. The staff speaks little English. My key card stopped working for some reason so the hotel worker just opened my room with the staff key

Budget hotel... Would not stay again.

We stayed at the hotel for one night prior to a very early morning flight. It was a disappointing experience. I would have preferred to have spent the night in the car or at the airport if I had known. The room smelt like a very dirty house. It was not possible to open the door for long to let some fresh air in because there were so many mosquitos outside. The area where the air conditioning was located was not boxed in above the wardrobe, leaving a gaping cavity. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. The towels looked dirty and we didn't use them. The car park was securely locked and you will need to remember to ask for a code to get out if you are leaving very early in the morning. The restaurant was open until 10pm and staff there were extremely nice and helpful. The corridors of the hotel are outside, with concrete staircases. It feels more like a motel than a hotel. I am sorry to say that I would not recommend this hotel. Having said that I saw a number of families eating in the restaurant who appeared to be having a good time.

A basic hotel close to Marseille airport. Rooms small but clean and comfortable. Air conditioning did not work in one of the two rooms we booked for our family. On site restaurant ok but we arrived just too late for lunch and could not get a table for dinner as it was full. Breakfast was reasonably good but not a wide selection and cost extra. Overall good value.

This is a great place to crash if you have a flight the next day. It is in a safe part of town and a close drive to the airport. 10 min

I am older and not strong, but I had a second floor (which means third floor to Americans) walk-up, and had to take my bags upstairs. The management had someone carry my big bag up, but I had to bring them all down by myself. I found a pleasant room with a nice view of trees and all amenities. But when I went in the bathroom it had a strong odor of urine, even though it looked clean. When I told the front desk, they immediately cleaned it, and it smelled better. The staff were helpful and polite and explained the times for dinner and breakfast, though I misunderstood and missed breakfast the next morning. The hotel is far from everything if you do not have a car, so I had coffee and a croissant in the hotel patio. The hotel is probably near the airport, but is far from anything that could be walked to. The price was right, so I could not complain.

It was good. The room was fine for a night.

Perfect for staying before a flight. Rooms are small but functional. Not ideal for family as the cot was right next to the bed making our child think it was fun time.

Great price, good hotel.

Great location for access to the Marseille airport (and train station), though not great if you want to see central Marseille. We came by train in the afternoon and we were leaving early the next morning from the airport. First room was a little smokey, though it's a nonsmoking hotel, but they were apologetic and gave us a fresh room right away. Buffet was actually pretty good, even being a vegetarian. I'd stay again for access to the airport, though I'd stay closer to Marseille, if I had some extra time, to see the city.

Close to the airport, but no 24 hour desk, so getting a taxi in AM was exciting. Reserved a 3-person room and 3d bed was under the double bed. Couldn't hardly get to the bathroom when the bed was pulled out. Clean and close to airport, but I would stay in town and take the longer taxi ride for an AM flight if I had it to do again.

Not a place to spend multiple nights, just use as a spot to sleep while passing through. Clean.

Stayed one night. Room resources are limited - missing milk, no soap/shower gel/etc. However, it was nice to see some tea/coffee making facilities in a European hotel... Unmistakeable bathroom odour went after the shower was run for a bit. Nesquik found under the bed - do they clean? The staff don't speak much English.

We stayed at this hotel because it was so close to the airport - it was only 10 minutes with a taxi! The hotel also had free wireless internet which was excellent considering I had taken my laptop with me. The people that work there are very helpful and brought up extra towels and an iron when we asked for one. If you stay here your stay will be easy and comfortable!
