Would stay again

Great location and very nice staff, really worth the value!

Room was small but comfortable. Staff was helpful. Common areas felt a little cramped. Area around hotel was OK but nothing special. Metz as a whole feels a bit run down.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was tidy with comfortable beds and pillows. Stayed while driving down to Austria and was happy to re-book for the return journey.

The room was not big, but for the price it was all very good. The breakfast was great.

The oerson who checked-in wasn't interested in us. The checkin was perfect. Quick and clear. Parking on the street was another chapter. We are happy and will come back for another stay. The shower is a little press-less so be prepared.

Great location just off motorway and walking distance to town. Room not particularly big and small shower in corner of en-suite with curtain which went hot and cold all time time.

Our room was compact, but clean and comfortable. The hotel has parking, but we didn’t find it. However, there are a number of car parks nearby. It’s a couple of minutes walk to the old town with numerous bars and restaurants. A great place to stay on a visit to Metz.

We had an enjoyable stay in Metz, hotel convenient for the centre, dining etc. Staff pleasant and helpful, breakfast more than adequate for the price

Small rooms but great inner city location. Great for walking and the N83 bus is free.

Pros: In the centre of Metz. Safe parking. Good quality for money. Breakfast. Cons: Bathroom is very small for a big person.

A good hotel for a fair price. Right in the middle of the town. Close to central station.

Unclean

Hotel was definitely not quiet. All the toiletries were almost out in our room when we got there, including toilet paper.

We had a great stay. The hotel is close to everything, the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable.

Close to transportation into the town. Decent breakfast, room a bit dated, but comfortable.

Very well located hotel. We were able to explore the old town on foot. The rooms are small, which is standard in French hotels. A note to overweight tourists: they may not fit in tiny showers! The staff Is very welcoming and helpful.

Perfect location close to train station and right at the edge of historic town center. Wonderful staff. Great restaurant on property.

The friendliness of the staff and location were very good. Nice quiet area but close to sights, restaurants & cafes. There was a water bottle & cup filling station in lobby. The room was a very good value however small. There was a kettle in the room with supplies in the lobby. No wash clothes provided.

Park at Indigo Parking to only pay 9.50 Euros a night. Hotel is small but good enough. Comfortable beds and the staff are super friendly. They speak English and are very accommodating.

Was okay not worth the money, room was tiny and the shower was even smaller, body towels were like wearing mini skirts. Bed was a small double and everything was still cramped which shows how small the room is. There was no on-site parking available but carpark less than 5 minutes walk away.

We stayed two nights at the Kyriad and for the most part enjoyed our stay. I would caution others that the room walls are not sound proof. The people in the neighboring room complained that our 1 year old was crying. The management made a point to say something to us twice, but seemed understanding that there wasn't much more we could do about it when he had only cried for a minute each time. Granted... there were other families and their children who we could hear so maybe it was one of them? Any way, the take away - Not Sound Proof. The onsite parking garage is underground so keep that in mind. If you have anything larger than a small SUV, you may want to take advantage of off-site parking. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant. The room, although small, was sufficient for our needs. The staff were nice and accommodating. Other than slight hiccup with neighbors, we really did enjoy our stay.
