Service was outstanding, room was clean and comfortable, location was short walks from all of Lordes’ sites and restaurants and shops. A quietly welcoming stay. Nice.

Lovely place. Very friendly owners and staff. We had breakfast as dinner at the hotel on different days and it was very good. Room was good. Separate bathroom and toilet, which was very convenient.

This hotel is a gem. It’s an easy walk to the Lourdes candlelight procession and churches. Make sure to take the elevator instead of walking the entire way! (Ask front desk to find out where it is :) ). Actual coffee cups in the rooms and fantastic bamboo toothbrushes! Breakfast was good and staff extremely accommodating and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

They were very accommodating for our late 9:30pm check in and a very cheerful Thierry greeted us upon arrival.
Their buffet breakfast was fantastic, their swiss cheese and ham on croissant was incredible. Lots of other choices, coffee was so good, i probably drank a whole carafe of it.
Xavier was very happy to serve us early breakfast as we need to go out early for our trip to Toulouse and Barcelona.
Can not say enough of this hotel. Great choice for us. Highly recommended.

A friendly smaller hotel that has everything you need for a good value stay in Lourdes. Just a 10-15 minute walk from The Sanctuary yet in a quiet area of town. We also took a pleasant 20 minute stroll to the Funiculaire du Pic du Jer though there is also a bus stop near the hotel.

The night manager Kamel who also very nice and accommodating. The hotel is about a 15 walk to the Lourdes Santuaries and Grotto but also only a 5 minutes walk to the center of town.
I would recommend this property if you're visiting Lourdes.

We were supposed to stay four nights, but we stayed just one. The room was too small for three people, but the worst thing for us was that the toilet was not inside the bathroom, it was in a very small room inside the bedroom. This was quite inconvenient to our hygiene. We tried to move to another room at that hotel, but all rooms were similar to the one where we stayed, then we moved to another hotel. The restaurant had just one option for diner, lamb. As we had reserved it, we had to eat there, although my wife and my mother in law do not eat lamb meat.

Stayed for 2 nights and we loved our stay! The room is spacious and staff were real helpful and nice. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the Grotto and a few minutes walk to restaurants. Lourdes is a small town so can practically walk to anywhere from the hotel.

Got this hotel at £34 per night through Expedia and would recommend it to anyone. The manager who was on reception when we arrived could not have been more helpful. Hope to stay there again the next time we go to Lourdes.

The location of the hotel was up a hill making it difficult to get to the Grotto. The room itself was tiny. I opened the cabinet door and the knob came off. The tv didn't come on until I played with the cable. The sheets on the bed were dirty and were not being changed everyday. They appeared to be about 50 years old and the towel was thin, it appeared to have been washed a million times. I had to go through some ridiculous logging in process every time I needed to use the internet. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. I heard the Alba is much better.

This is a simple hotel, away from the bustle of the busy part of Lourdes. It is approximately 15 minutes from the grotto and the sanctuaries. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with no extravagance.
