Overall it was good. The elevators stink like old cigarettes, but the room didn’t. Some of the furniture in our room was peeling. Bed was comfortable. We weren’t aware we were getting an ADA room, so no bath tub. But, polite and helpful front desk. Again, overall, good.

The furniture was extremely tattered. Especially the room chair. It was uncomfortable to sit in because the 70 percent of the fabric was gone. The staff was nice though.

The room was very average, had to ask for towels, they didn’t even come and freshen the room. The coffee pot was damaged in the room. There were three of us in the room and they were only going to offer 1 key. The lobby and eating area was without air condition. We stayed there last year and it was very nice, that’s why we wanted to stay again. We will not stay there next year for our convention.

Front desk Gentleman was extremely attentive to make sure I can find my shuttle at the airport and get checked in after midnight that late night. Checking is always a struggle and this was extremely smooth because of the help.I received from the front desk

Daniela at Reception is exceptional! she was very helpful with making sure I had the best experience, from arranging shuttle timings to providing anything I needed- extra towels, band aids etc. The tub stopper was stuck and she had it fixed the same day I spoke to her! Navin and the other gentleman were also very nice. The cleaning crew is very friendly and does a great job! Breakfast is standard fare and pretty good. I had a clean well laid out double Queen room with sofabed which had all the amenities I needed, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker etc. The biggest amenity I found very useful- the shuttle transportation to/from DFW and within 3 miles to local mall etc. (airport trips being prioritized, as should be) with very nice and helpful drivers! Within a 3-5 minute walk is a gas station with a convenience store and a Waffle House. Overall, excellent stay at a friendly and comfortable facility in a convenient location for my trip! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Accommodated for all of our needs, and even allow us to check in early! The hotel is quiet, transportation services were a big plus for us since we did not have a car. Some of the furnishings were a bit scuffed & worn, but the bed was very comfortable and linens were clean.

Property was in need of a deep clean. Couch in room was VERY stained and did not feel comfortable sitting on it. Staff was friendly, but not really helpful.

Bed was comfortable and room was nice. Upholstery on room desk chair and in breakfast area was peeling and very worn.

A 2 night stay for a conference. Convenient location to the convention center. Service desk was so friendly, was able to accommodate our early arrival, and had a clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was pretty decent. Would stay here again.

Definitely property needs update. Room assigned had a bad smell since opening of the door. Furniture like the office chair was old and the skin of the chair was already pealing. Pillows were hard as well no soft at all.

The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable and the staff was very kind and professional.

We were inconvenienced by the airlines and the long waiting line at the US customs such that we ultimately missed the connecting flight back to DFW for the night. Called the hotel and attempted to cancel the booking and got the impersonal, repeated, mechanic “we can’t do anything about it” response. The ironic thing is that we actually paid extra for flexible booking that would allow cancellation. If there were an option to allow cancellation up until the check-in time, I would have paid for that, but there’s no such option. I would imagine as a hotel mostly accommodating the travelers in and out of the DFW airport, Comfort Inn DFW would be more accommodating to the cases where travelers didn’t show up because they were inconvenienced by the airlines or the customs. I know many other airport hotels are. We used to love Comfort Suite have have recommended it to many friends and family. But this incident left us with the impression that this hotel is taking advantage of the customers for the increasing air traffic uncertainties and inconveniences, which shakes our faith in this chain. We would warn any travelers who thinks that travel delays or flight cancellations (which seems more often these days) are even remotely possible to avoid this hotel unless you are 100% confident that no such incidents would happen. This hotel offers absolutely no accommodation or flexibility for these travel uncertainties even if you make a flexible and refundable booking.

Terrible experience. Room was on 76 degrees at all Times. No phone in the room. Told the guy at the front desk and he just looked at me.

It was terrible. Beds had stains on them. Rooms smelled. I went and hot air freshners . Everytime we came into the hotelnit smelled like pot. Breakfast was ok. Furniture was peeling . Carpet was stained i booked 2 nights if i could have canceled it it would and would have found a diffeent hotel

The hotel itself was nice. Breakfast ran out of food at 8:30 and was never refilled.

Out dated

The property managers here were terrible and not very accommodating. Several times I approached the front desk and no one was there; leaving people waiting for 10 mins or more for assistance. There was a noise issue with the guests next door, well past quiet hours. Asked the manager to rectify the situation twice and he refused. I ended up leaving the hotel at almost midnight and staying somewhere else. Management wouldn’t even discuss refunding me for the night. Will never stay there again. And I do not recommend.

The pictures are very misleading. I rented 2 rooms. One room they gave us was handicap. We arent nor requested handicap. Couldnt use the bathtub bcuz there wasnt a stopper for it. Then it took forever to turn the water off. And the shower cutain rod had been ripped out of the wall so many times it was barely hanging there. Also the lock on the door was hanging. Not sure if it had been broken in to or why but regardless it wasnt able to be used. The swimming pool doesnt have a jacuzzi as portrayed in picture and the pool was dirty nor would they give u towels for the pool. The chair in room was cheap and the pleather was coming off in pieces into the floor. The couch had a big stain in the middle of it. The dining room furniture was also in very bad shape as far as the couches.

It is close to the outlet mall

The person in the front Dess, a very rude to us and very unpolite they do not have no towels, so I had to order towels by DoorDash, which was very sad. I paid too much money for this nonsense. I would like you to have my money back if possible. Thanks

Had to wait three hours to get someone to the front desk to check in. Then do not even offer a discount or anything at all. The. Hassled me over the 50 incedental charge. Room was clean and everything else ok.

The front desk was hard to find someone there. Housekeeping was more help than the front desk person. But all in all it was a great stay

It was a hot day but the AC was at 78 when we arrived at 3pm check in. It was around 2am before the temperature dropped to 69! That was uncomfortable. Then the next day it was back up to 76 when we left at 9:30. I think they are controlling the temperature and need to bringing it down. Breakfast was good BUT be sure to have your plate full at 9 because they swipe all the food away at the exact time. I watched a family with 3 toddlers be turned away at 9:01am! Staff were nice and room/bathroom was clean.

Clean Easy Comfortable

We stayed here for a weekend trip. We wanted someplace with easy access to Dallas and surrounding cities but not super crowded. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was huge with a fantastic tub and shower. We would stay here again.
