The owner of the hotel checked me in and she was absolutely wonderful. I asked that I could have one of the quietest rooms. Because I was a light sleeper. And she tried to accommodate me the best she could. The room was clean and neat and it was quiet. Nice day and I would definitely return thank you

Cheap but no recommended

Room was nice but the lake was gross

The place was great. The pool was cool love it. They have a long pier so you can join Sunset the only inconvenience was mosquitoes overnight, and the room smelled too much to Fabuloso cleaner.

The pier is the best part

Like the fact i could fish behind the motel. It was close to shops,and restaurants, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating

Traveling for family sitch. Place was half the price of next door. Clean and comfy bed, large room. Gentleman at the desk could not have been nicer. He called me when I left my rental car keys on the ground and they collected them for me. Shower inoperable but bath was wonderful. TV remote was super old and wonky to me and there was a godawful buzz from the minifridge. All in all, met my needs which were to be clean and safe. It’s no Taj but the price is right and again, it’s clean and safe. I did not mention to staff that my shower didn’t work because I’m confident they would have moved me and I didn’t have the energy. This trip was not for pleasure unfortunately, but the staff here was as kind and courteous and helpful as the fanciest five star million dollar outfit. BEAUTIFUL location.

They did not honor the expedient price they charged me $20 more and more Expedia charged me or said it would be to be $243 and then they charged me $246 and the room had a leak and didn't give me a discount just wasn't that clean problems of the television and for that for only three not two nights then now they charge it's crazy if somebody's hotels charged so much and the hotel rooms are filthy and service is awful I should have a lower rating but this is my opinion most of hotels are here

Old coffee filter in coffee pot all dried up! Toilet paper had been wet and stained yellow and no blanket on bed just sheet and bedspread! Shower didn’t get hot and it didn’t drain good

I liked that the property was by the water and we received housekeeping service. The Staff was nice.

I was impressed with the check-in process. Came early & was able to get our room early. I believe that this property is being used by the government to houses the low income & homeless. Our neighbor was fighting several times while made us uncomfortable. This place did have a nice fishing pier.

The rooms smelled like smoke and the floors dirty

Really quiet and relaxing corner of the lake. The area must have been a real boomtown in it's day, now it is quiet and worth exploring.

Right lake front , unfortunately, rooms were not designed to face lake. BTW, there is dock you can walk. There was homeless asked money in parking lot which made you feel uncomfortable. Room is o.k with good bed and shower.

Nice location on the Lake with a nice dock or pier. Was woken up at 2:30 AM with a couple screaming at each other and nobody from the management told them to quiet down. Ruin my good nite sleep.

Very clean adequate accommodations for a short visit

Checking in was through an outside window. Weather at the time was cold and not an ideal setup. General appearance of grounds and surrounding properties, makes one question general safety. Free continental breakfast advertised but not available due to COVID. Our room was fairly free if strong odors. The other portion of our party was not so lucky. Non-smoking room had strong odor of marijuana. It appeared that several rooms were occupied by long term residents. The bed was fairly comfortable, however sleep was tough since there didn’t appear to be any insulation or sound proofing between the walls or 1st/2nd floors. I’d rate the quietness of this stay a 2 out of 10. Staff seemed helpful, courteous, and friendly.

This little hotel was a nice surprise. We needed the most affordable motel in the area, but when we got there, we were right on the lake. The managers were there when we checked in and were so helpful. I forgot to mention there were 4 people in the room, and they had our extra towels ready before we finished checking in. And the room was so clean! Thank you!!!

The lake is charming and beautiful but seemed to be a bit smelly due to reeds and such. The property was clean, property management was very nice. Booking through VRBO was easy.

Convenient, comfortable bed, good a/c. Place is quite run down.

Comfortable beds, good shower, good a/c. Room was not very well cleaned.

No Complaints check in was smooth, room was clean and ready, price was good also, we where somewhat of a last minute booking and glad they took us in.

arrived at about 4:15pm room was not ready. had to wait 30 minutes it was still being cleaned. once in room noticed we had no Bath, hand towels or wash cloths. called front desk then had to wait another 15 minutes for them. I will not stay again.

Stinky and Shabby/unkept rooms

This place smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and chemicals. The room we were given had not lock on the window and was not very clean. The room was extremely outdated and the furniture appeared to be very used. The floor boards had stains. Also there are no carpets.
