Good stay. However, although the service in general was very good (excellent breakfast), the air conditioning did not work. Although the outside temperature was low, the room was very hot, preventing a peaceful sleep. The justification given by the hotel is that there is a rule in the city that air conditioning in hotels can only be turned on from May onwards. If it's true I don't know. Anyway, when we booked the hotel through the Hotels.com website, the nightly rate we paid included air conditioning. Therefore, a false advertising.

The staff at the reception are friendly and very helpful, and the hotel is close to great dining, cafes and shops.

Hotel Boston is well located. Parking can be expensive but the hotel is nice and clean. No carpet in the room. Very good breakfast for 10 Euros.

Big, clean modern room - ours was on the top floor and had a large terrace. Friendly staff. Ideal location in a nice area, easy walking distance to old town. Good value for the standard and location. Gelateria Piccinni a few doors away has the best ice cream I have ever eaten - try fig, almond or pistachio flavours.

When we got to the hotel, we had to pay more money because somehow it showed up as a reservation for one. He wouldn’t let me check in since there were two of us nor would he refund what I paid. You also have to pay 25 Euros to park. The hotel itself is in a great location to visit old town or the newer shopping district. And after the initial irritation, the staff were all lovely. Nice breakfast buffet as well.

Air conditioning did not work for entire hotel. 28C in my room all night long. Had to check out in the morning as I couldn't take it any longer. The hotel front desk were extremely unhelpful. I could go on, but this just is not a 4-star experience, or even a reasonable attempt at one.

What a lovely hotel a reasonable price with exceptional facility's. I'm on 6th floor facing out to some lovely rooftop gardens and the room is spacious and bathroom is big. Flooring is blond wood which I like is it's very clean . You just walk around the corner to the concourse and there is loads of lovely restaurants and street food. 💯 recommend

This is a very nice hotel in Bari. It is in a good area situated close to the old town but also close to shopping and some good restaurants. The parking was fairly close with a shaker walk and the attendants were nice and helpful. Bari is a great city to visit and we came during the festival of Saint Nicholas. It was very enjoyable and the streets were full of happy festival attendees. You can see two UNESCO sites easily from Bari and go up and down the East coast of Italy from the Hotel Boston. The hotel is very nice, the rooms have been refurbished about 3 years ago and the beds are good. The bathrooms could use more storage space to put your items though and this was frustrating. There are no facial tissues and they were stingy on the toilet paper. The breakfast was good for a free breakfast. Overall a good stay in a nice hotel.

Hotel is in perfect location to the old city and shopping area. Breakfast is included and is absolutely amazing with varieties of items including fruits, pastries, cheeses. Rooms are clean with nice bedding quality. Staff is very courteous, willing to help and answer all questions you might have. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great location for walking distance to the train station and to the old town, as well as restaurants and shops. The outside of the hotel does not do it justice as inside it is clean, lovely rooms and friendly staff. Felt very safe staying here as a single female traveller.

We selected this hotel because of its close proximity to the old city. It was easily walkable and the narrow streets of the old, walled city was great. The room was very small and we had trouble with the air conditioning, we couldn't get the room to cool! It was also very noisy and the trash collection trucks were working around 1:30 am, very loud! The bathroom was very tiny and difficult to maneuver with two people! We also had to request an additional towel as the room seemed to be set up for one person!

Property was very clean and maintained. Staff was very polite and helpful. I did not like the charge for parking at 25.00 euros.

Boston Hotel has a good location, very near the city center and the old town. Very near a lot of good restaurants. The room was comfortable and relatively modern. Our air conditioner wasnt working properly, we could not even use our duvee and sheets. When we. called the front desk at 10 oclock the staff said to talk to the morning staff and hang up. Mario the next day tried to help, he was extremly nice but didnt get the AC to work right. When we needed extra towels, nobody was there for room service, we had to come down. The same with a band aid, the same with hot water for tea, Horrible breakfast, i mean, very little options, nothing tasted good, again minimum staff helping out. Horrible experience.

Very well located, close to train station and city center. Rooms are renovated, clean, and spacious.Breakfast could be better though, not much choices.

The hotel is in a good location for shopping and restaurants; and it’s walking distance from the train station. The breakfast is great with fruit, bread, cheese, meat, pastries, yogurt and coffee. My only complaint was that the shower in the bathroom was tiny. It wasn’t as issue for me, but it was for my husband.
