Comfortable beds, quiet and clean.

I just recently had my wedding here and I’ve been staying here for many years. It’s my favorite place and I couldn’t be happier. The restaurant and Barr are amazing and they have a really great spa. I would highly recommend anyone in the area. Stay here will definitely be back for sure.

The second tv did not work despite the service folk coming in to check - but that was minor when compared to the amazing time we had at the room and property

This was a really old inn. The bathroom was disgusting, the shower was what you would expect in a campground shared use. We won’t stay there again.

Good, but not christmas at all except for the entrace

First time staying at an Inn. I didn’t like that there was no fridge and the ice wasn’t accessible all the time. The pictures made the pool area seem extremely larger than it actually is

I was only in town for one night, and being the cheapest option that I could find I didn't expect much but it's really a very nice and unique place. My room was very large and clean and the large bathtub/hot tub in the room was a nice bonus. I also had a porch and a couch. I definitely wish I could have stayed longer.

Gorgeous property and adorable super clean rooms we were here on a Monday and Tuesday nights and the restaurant is not open Tuesday or Wednesday a.m. for breakfast so we were bummed about that. Everything else was great!

We had an amazing time! Jackson is a beautiful little town and the inn was pwrfect for us. We stayed in the family suite in the barn and it was great for our needs.

The six of us had a wonderful time at the inn. Arrived in time for a quick swim and then an amazing dinner. The grandchildren loved the giant chess board and the fire and making s’mores. Cozy nice bed and then another great meal-breakfast. Then off to Story Land 5 mins away. Delightful stay for all of us!!

Property was charming and atmosphere was welcoming.

Overall good stay was just very difficult to get ahold of staff there before our stay, whenever I called to ask about getting a potential crib no one picked up the front desk phone. But once we got there we had a nice time.

Hard to get ahold of if you need to cancel. Pullout couch was broken, when we called they said they would send someone and it never happened.

We stayed in the Main Inn at Christmas Farm Inn for 3 nights in 2 seperate rooms with family. Of the 2 rooms our room Traditional King was more spacious than the other room with an adjoining Twin bed room. The Main Inn is quaint but if you are looking for modern amenities it probably isn’t for you. Our King bed was very comfortable with nice white bedding, bathroom small but had a great shower. The property is large and spread out but we enjoyed the outdoor pool with floaties available and the firepit. Rate was acceptable for down in that area but the exchange on Canadian money still makes it hurt the wallet a bit. On checkin rate was not what was quoted on Expedia but it was quickly corrected by a very nice guy working the desk. We usually stay in North Conway closer to restaurants so for this reason we probably wouldn’t stay as far out as the Christmas Farm Inn again.

King room was barely big enough to walk around the bed, bathroom was cramped too. Air conditioner running off a 2-pin converter plugged into a low amp rated lighting un-grounded extension cord was very off-putting. Only saving grace was the bed was comfy. Constant text messages about dinner reservations etc. was annoying.

Absolutely wonderful. Spa staff was extraordinary. Just a wonderful experience all around.

Loved everything except the stairs and small hallways. So much charm but pack light as there is a staircase to climb and a few small steps up depending on your room. Other than that staff was great, pools clean and the kids can't wait to go back again!

The property was very nice. The Pub was great. Original specialty drinks. The draw back was there are quiet time restrictions, which wasnt an issue for me. The family above me did not follow it. That was more than irritating after the 9pm and before 7am.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Text alerts were helpful and informative as well. Having both indoor and outdoor pools available was good. We had several meals at the restaurant and both food and service was good. The rooms were clean, parking adjacent, and property attractive. When we needed an extra room at a moments notice the staff did everything possible to secure one. Certainly if we were to return to the area we would return to The Christmas Farm Inn.

This was a very cute, clean and cozy stop for one night. We were located in the main inn with one of the smaller rooms. Note that these rooms are very very small… almost wall to wall bed. They seem to be transparent about that on their site, which is appreciated. It was completely fine for us for one night. The bathrooms are also quite tiny which was challenging for my 6’4’’ husband. That said, this place was great. Clean. Comfortable. Cozy mattress and pillows. Would stay again.

Great location to Jackson, storyland. Good dining nearby. It rained and was gloomy so we didnt get to use all the amenities.

This was a lovely inn, older but well maintained. The staff were very helpful and courteous. I arrived late and they left me a welcome letter with a map of the property. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff was great, quiet and peaceful, just needs some updates.

The peorty is nice but the staff is not friendly, didnt even bother tonpass anybinformation, we bokked very expensive room but requested blankets multiple times which never arrived nor was acknowledged. While checking out no one even bothered to ask if everything was ok or not. Looks like they prefer only certain crowd and not welcoming to diversity

Small room...small tv... lack of real cable channels. We couldn't get spa services even though we requested them well in advance. Apparently there were no staff available. Additionally, the pub doesn't open until dinner time. No happy hour or anything prior to 5. Staff were very nice and accommodating but the overall experience for the money was somewhat disappointing compared to our experience with previous ownership.

It was amazing and welcoming. We did have an amazing time. The place was clean and the food was great. The staff was wonderful.

Beautiful and relaxing

My favorite place to go the best restaurant and so many things to do on site. I love it.

We loved how clean and cozy the property was. The indoor pool area was a perfect ending to a day of hiking around the nearby waterfalls. The swing set was also a pleasant surprise for our daughter! We look forward to hopefully visiting again.

Property had no power

I had issues with this resort last year, but wanted to give them another change. I had communicated with the property in advance (Ashley) to have a microwave in my room upon arrival. Just like working out items in advance last year this was not done, there was never a microwave brought to my room. This was booked through a 3rd party and I paid half up front and was supposed to be charged the other half and the resort fee at check in. They have charged me the full rate and when I called - upset because they overcharged me last year as well and I had to fight to get my money back - the woman hung up on me because she didn't like that I was upset (not swearing, just not pleased). I still have not had this corrected trying to work through hotels.com. At this point I will simply never stay here again. There are way to many options in the area to put up with all these issues. After this being the same pattern 2 years in a row this is clearly not a one off but a pattern of a bad business with poor quality employees.

Needs an upgrade. No microwave, very small tv. One tv gets more channels than the other. Very discouraging. Coffee pot could be better if it was a kureg. It leaked so had to pour over sink. Will come back after upgrade.
