Location a bit boring, very few good restaurants around. Breakfast was very basic, with horrible throwaway polystyrene bowls to eat from.

The bed was quite low and uncomfortable; my husband and I dealt with (and still are) lower back pain. We have stayed in other hotels with handicapped accessible rooms where the beds are a little higher with better quality mattresses; perhaps due to the fact they also have box springs which helps rise the bed up. While the toilet seat was clean, behind the seat/lid was not, as well as the floor around it as there were a few small pieces of toilet paper around the base of it on the floor. I always bring Clorox wipes and a can of Lysol disinfectant spray whenever we travel and I’m glad I do because I sprayed the toilet itself and around the base and floor.

10/10! We moved to the hotel from another location that was just awful. This hotel was super welcoming, very clean and up to date. We had a king suite. I have no complaints about our 2 night stay. Breakfast was also great!

One of the 2 rooms we reserved smelled awful, like someone had just made Indian food. The room also didn’t have the heat turned on upon arrival so the room was around 50°, as it was in the low 30s outside. The person I was traveling with didn’t like confrontation so they refused to raise an issue with the staff. I personally would have requested a new room, because the odor was unbearably strong and off putting.

The breakfast was good and the room had plenty of space.

When I arrived I ask for a room with walk in shower. The person behind the counter told me that would be a ungrade of twenty dollars. Which I agreed to. When I got to the room it was not a walk in shower but a handicap tube with 10 grap bars. So I went back down and told him about the room. He looked into his system for a while and then said, that was the only room he had, and couldn't help me. Not happy. Also unless you tell them everyday the staff will not bring you new towels, toilet paper, etc. We had to ask many times for that to take place.
