The size of the room.

Overall, cleanliness was a huge issue in the room. The lobby smelled and looked nice. However, the room itself wasn't swept or mopped. The shower had a lot of mildew, and the corners of the bathroom were disgusting. The open cabinets had visible crumbs, and it looked like a wet paper towel had dried and was stuck next to the kitchenette faucet. We only had 2 towels for 3 people and were told they had no more towels. After talking with the front desk, we were told a specific person would clean and resolve the issue. 2nd night, still the same and we only had 1 towel for 3 people. The 3rd day. Our room was never touched. If it wasn't for every hotel being sold out due to the game, we would have left.

The kitchenette was nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. Staff was helpful and kind.

Continental breakfast was abysmal, even the coffee was bad. The light in the bathroom didn't work well and the floors were filthy.

Great location convenient to downtown Pittsburgh. Plenty of stores and eating places nearby. Room was spacious and clean.

Breakfast was bare minimum. Pool was closed.

I like my coffee. Right away in morning. Would be nice have coffee bar on each floor , just coffee. Once I have my coffe then don’t mind going down to ground floor for breakfastb

Liked cost. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean.

Only 1 elevator working. Had to ask for a TV remote and hair dryer, none in room. Had to get box of kitchenware, not in room. Didn't make it to breakfast but only grab bag anyway. Expected more. Luckily brought something I could eat for breakfast. Guess I'll read info better next time.

under construction, a little dirty. walking with bare feet on our room floor turned them black.

The entire property is under construction , including elevators . The gentleman at the front desk , was not helpful , more or less had a “hurry up attitude and of course , blame the “owners” . First room I was giving had freshly used towels , an unmade bed , food , etc.. obviously it was someone else’s room I was issued a key for .. so after the 6 flights , yea 6 flights of stairs , (twice ) I was issued a different room , which is also trashed . I just traveled from upper Northeast part of the country and wanted to shower and get some rest . Construction was ongoing when I walked out a hour and 40 minutes later .. it’s mind blowing how they take your money and think nothing of the product they are offering.. please beware if you book this hotel ! Seriously beware .

Hotel was advertised as having a swimming pool of which I called directly prior to arrival and was told it stayed open until 10pm.... but was closed when we arrived.. Also advertised rate including breakfast.... only to find out that the kitchen was under construction as well. NO NOTICE, NO verbal acknowledgement when calling directly. And NO sheets or extra pillow for pull out couch.
