The place ok. In an odd location. The bed was hard and hurt my hips.

Very welcoming. Quick stay. Enjoyed the breakfast. My family was very happy to have this well deserved rest at this Hotel. Close to the MAD Airport (few minutes drive). Helpful staff.

Everything was nice and helpful

The staff were incredible and in particular Alberto. However we were staying the night before taking a flight from Madrid to Charlotte and there was not AC. The room temperature had to be at least 85 degrees. They brought us a fan but none of us had any sleep and it felt like a waste of money. Front desk apologized and were very empathetic but regrettably the stay was terrible. We had to leave the room and go to the lobby to eat our dinner we ordered because of how hot it was

Nice and clean hotell with a service-minded and friendly staff. The room was good. The sleepingsofa could have had a better mattress, but for one night it was ok. Nice and sizeable bath and toilett. Breakfast ok for the price we paid, but do not have high expectations. Perfect with parking just outside the hotel.

Love to stay

The hotel overall was clean, quiet, and pleasant to stay in; however, the shower faced downwards and would not stay up in an appropriate position. We had also specifically requested a room away from the elevators so it would be quiet; however, our room was the second room away from the lobby where the elevator is. Although that it technically a bit away from the elevator, the reason for asking is so it would be quiet; however, being near the lobby is not quiet. The staff person who checked us in was considerate and closed the fire doors between the lobby and hallway with rooms on the first night; however, the other 3 nights the staff did not do this, and it was quite loud. The breakfast was included and was good, although for vegetarians the choices are primarily pastries, fruits, and beverages.

The hotel is good nice and clean the staff very helpful and friendly breakfast good near Metro station about 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive and is free parking at the metro station near by only dining is limited I enjoyed the stayed I would come back again if O am in Madrid

Property is ok, although not very accessible on foot. Front desk staff has terrible attitude. Almost every interaction I had with them was unpleasant (also, I could her while in the lobby I was not the only one having a bad experience). Wouldn’t come back.

Very good check in staff n close to airport

This hotel is located in a commercial area with car dealerships and light industry. But it is a nice hotel with a really friendly staff (the desk folks helped us order pizza on the phone) and was comfortable for an overnight stay and flt the next day. About 12k from the airport but surprisingly quiet. Restaurants within walking distance.

The staff was very nice to us. Hezel at the front desk received our family with a smile, and was very helpful when we requested a couple of things. The breakfast in the morning had many different options for our family of 4, coffee selelction was very good. Overall, I recommended if you need to get to the airport.

Good place to spend a night during a road trip.

I stayed with my family two nights. Both receptionists were very polite and helpful. The room was very clean when we arrived and it was cleaned again when we were there. The breakfast was really good with lots of choices . There is a underground station within walking distance.

Everyone who worked there was incredibly friendly. Can't remember everyone's names but Alberto, Thomas and Alicia were incredibly friendly. Very helpful and nice. Strongly recommend. The breakfast was very good considering the price of the hotel! In addition, you don't have to pay for parking.

Property in good location from the airport. Rooms were clean, but beds and pillows were hard. Also, the A/C in rooms were not properly functioning, there was hot inside the room. The family who went with us, had to change the room because of this, the A/C were not functioning at all. Dinning around is very limited, and as you may know all places close around 12am. Property has no restaurant inside and has 2 vending machines accepting euro money only. Hotel can not provide you the money change (from US dollar to euro).

Perfect hotel to spend the night before flying home

Air conditioning not working properly, even when we had to change rooms for the same reason.
