Private, perfect location, easy access.

The hotel room was clean, but the comforter had mascara on it, and they just flipped it so you didn't see it when you first got there. The tv didn't work, someone came up but couldn't get it to work. But it was quiet and breakfast was good. The front desk girl was a little overwhelmed by herself.

I am not exaggerating , I honestly do not think Room 119 is fit to be stayed in, the musty mildew smell was so strong it gave us headaches!!!! It was the worst smell in a room we’ve ever experienced. That said when we asked to move the next morning they were very apologetic and moved us up stairs for our second night. Something needs to be done !!!

It was average. It sits within a neighborhood. The breakfast was very limited. It’s just a place to lay your head at night. That’s it that’s all.

We did not receive the room we booked and the staff said there was nothing they could do because the room was overbooked. We were celebrating our 33 wedding anniversary and booked a room with a whirlpool tub. That didn't happen. Who is to blame for this? The hotel or expedia. So who sill fix the issue?

Very close to downtown/shopping. Had a slight musty smell to it, but the breakfast and people work there were great..

The hotel was a good spot for an overnight stay. Its also close to downtown Lake Geneva

The room was very large, but the housekeeping needs to be better, moldy shower curtain,ripped bedding, dirty walls, and curtains. We had a room that sleeps six with two bath towels, and one washcloth. One bed had no comforter, the other had a comforter, but had a big rip in it. Shower curtain was backwards with mold on it

Staff was friendly

I am not a person who complains about almost nothing. As a matter of fact, this is my first written review but I think I need to share my experience: the soap provided smells funny, I wouldn’t use it to wash my shoes. The bath tube was clogged and at some point all the gross debris was coming back to our feet while taking the shower. I paid $170/180 for a really bad service.

It e we would be great if we could open the window. Room would benefit to have fresh air. It smelled because no one hasn’t open the window for a long time. That’s the only complaint. It’s very nice place, friendly staff, very clean. Convenient location would come again!

Very outdated property, no housekeeping, beds are terrible. Could hear every footstep of the room above us, air-conditioning smelled of dirty water.

Not enough hanging areas in the bathroom. Four people staying and towels were not stocked. Disappointed the hot tub was down for renovations.

The staff was very rude. When I arrived to check-in, he was on the phone and didn't notice me standing there. I was standing there for maybe a 45 seconds to a minute. The room had a really bad odor and stinch. I returned the key and asked for a refund. He said only his manager could do that. I asked him to give her and he told me that he couldn't, because she was at the movies. He wouldn't give me her email or a business card for me to contact her. He told me to give him my name and number and she would give me a call on Monday. Thus was on Friday. I left there very upset. While driving back home after a 2 1/2 hour drive there, I remembered him say that his replacement would be in atv11:00. I called back and he was kind enough to give me her email, something his coworker didn't even offer. He wouldn't give me anything but her name. I asked him to call the assistant manager, since he wouldn't call his manager and he said that they didn't have one. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Suite was large and very comfortable. Unfortunately no hot water in shower even after letting the water run for a long time. Fortunately hot water in bath so quickly had a shallow bath. Toilet kept running every 2 minutes. Conveniently located for visiting other friends staying at near Grand Geneva Resort.

It was a nice overnight stay where we could have time to enjoy friends. The hotel provided a convenient lication and environment for tge time we eere there.

Queen bed was small, maybe a double but not a queen and we sank towards middle of mattress as soon as sat in it, but it’s a nice hotel otherwise
