Checking in was extremely easy and the gentleman behind the desk was very kind. The room was large and comfortable and the bed was nice. The bathroom sink was a bit broken and not 100% clean. The rest of the room was cleaned and prepared well. Overall a good place to stay.

Check in time was 4, we get there and cannot check in until after 7pm. Broken tile in the room and ceiling in corner is off the wall.

The hotel was available at a good price. The condition of the room was OK. The furniture looked worn. The staff was very nice and accomodating. The breakfast was good. There was plenty of parking. With a little updating, this could be a great property.

Convenient hotel for access to convention center and hospital. Friendly staff! Some interior areas need repair or cleaning but the room was clean and the water pressure was great! Still a good place to stay just needs a little bit of cosmetic TLC.

There was black mode in my refrigerator in my room. I am allergic to mow and I became sick from it. I am disputing the credit card charges now and requesting a refund for my stay. I will never stay there again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, but smelled very musty and one of them had an issue with the tub drain. Otherwise it was a pleasure stay and good breakfast.

Was just one night, was very nice, front desk staff was great. Only complaint: we stay in a handicap accessible room, which was well set up, however, the knob to turn on the hand held shower head was too high. A person traveling alone would need to stand to be able to reach it.

I feel like the property could use some updating. The box springs had stains on them and it smelled like maybe someone has had a dog or something in there. The wallpaper was coming off all around the bathroom and the walls could use a good cleaning. The breakfast was decent and the hotel was quiet. There are a lot of businesses close by to visit.

The day time front desk lady was incredible to work with! Our toilet started leaking day two into our 3 days trip. She got us into a new room. With that being said the rooms themselves did need some work. Very minor but all and all it was decent. Would stay here again for the price and location.

The location was nice, the room was small and the refrigerator teeny tiny with no freezer space at all.
We were there for 2 night but only had fresh towels on the first night. The second day we weren’t given any towels at all.
Check in had a hiccup, the attendant couldn’t find my reservation at first but finally found it.
The hairdryer didn’t work.
No where to set anything to prepare for why we came to WV.
Breakfast was appalling. Eggs looked like rubber, the potatoes were terrible, and orange juice was watery tasting.

Room was clean. Beds and pillows comfortable. Front desk service was excellent, friendly, and helpful. Close to I-79. Restaurants and shopping close. Mall was maybe 3 miles from the hotel. Overall, great location.

The place was nice. It had issues. Comforter had stains on it and did not notice til the 3 rd night. That was bad. The bathtub drained real slow. The bathroom light second to last day of our trip would shut off and then come back on later. This was annoying. The bed was comfortable and the place was in a safe and nice area. Needs maintenance to make it a real good place to stay. Breakfast was ok . Most the time it was lukewarm and no microwave to heat it up.

I had to wait for someone to come to the counter to check in for 15 minutes. I had to call the hotel phone number for them to come to the counter. He did t even apologize for it. This was 4:30 in the afternoon. And we had little ants in our room on furniture and one of the beds.

It is outdated but clean! We were driving through so it was perfect for what we needed. There was a huge splotch of tomato sauce on the wall that I had to wash off, but other than that it was good!

Easy access off the interstate and walking distance to restaurants. The breakfast was good and so was the coffee, a little strong but that's how I like it.

The staff were not very friendly and I felt we were bothering the desk clerk over a safety issue of a side door. We were in the last room with a side door not locked; it took three attempts with the desk clerk to get the door locked.
