Our friends had to be moved to another room because it had ants and the sink was slow draining and they didn’t take anything off on the price

The rude desk clerk when we checked in She made us wait while she doing something on the computer. Without acknowledging us. It took her about 20 minutes to complete her task. If hadn't already booked the room I would have left.I also didn't like the fact that no desk was on the desk when we checked out. I checked twice before we left and nobody was working. So left the key cards on the counter.

The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The rooms comfortable and clean. The breakfast was the perfect way to start the day. Fitness room and pool were just right for a rainy day.

The facility was centrally located to where we needed to go! The facility was beautiful and our room was incredible!

There was not a single thing that we didn’t like!

Coffee was good. Have been traveling for 8 days now and this was the 1st breakfast coffee that was actually good!! I have a special diet so I did not eat the breakfast.
