Good location, 10 mins from the airport, free covered carpark. Nice breakfast and staff friendly. Room good size. Bus stops close for public transport 20-30 mins to city centre.

Very dated, not cleaned well. Restaurant was closed with no known reopen date. Rooms are from the 70s with stains on the ceilings. Could hear every word from the next room. Good enough for a quick stop.

The staff here have been amazing! The rooms are large and was plenty big for three of us and all of our luggage. The hotel is very clean and the amenities are great for our needs for the evening.

Staff were great and even gave us an awesome restaurant recommendation that was a five minute walk. Property needs some renovation primarily in the bathroom. Air conditioning was weak and pillows were mostly flat.

We wanted to be close to the Ducati factory, so this was perfect. The air conditioning wasn’t working too well in our room and the bathroom was a little dated. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the included breakfast was great.

While this property was very reasonably priced and offered an exceptional breakfast buffet we were SHOCKED to find out that regardless of the temperature (80F/27C) they would not activate air conditioning for any rooms until June 1st- we were there May 27 and 28th. This should be revealed before booking.

Staff was absolutely great. Very nice and helpful. The main issue was about the room temperature… they could not turn in AC (state limitation) but it made it very difficult to sleep as when the window is open there were people talking outside… Aldo some furniture and details in the bathroom like the state of the drain could benefit from an upgrade.

Bad: At checkout time a $60 “Tourist Fee” was added to the price of the stay! I believe this should have been disclosed up front while booking. Checkout time is the wrong time to add hidden fees!

AC in room barely worked, hot and uncomfortable. The room is large but dated, torn wallpaper, stained ceiling tiles and mold in washroom. Toiletries were partially used and not refilled. No recognition of Expedia VIP or any perks. This should not be an Expedia VIP hotel, it does not meet the standard. Very disappointed.

The A/C in the room didn’t work. The staff told me just when I found out and asked about it that it’s because of the government cut it due to the rain…BUT the A/C of the hall way and everywhere else works perfectly why?He didn’t even tell me at the check in which was weird. The room was like a sauna that night. It was horrible.

Check in staff was so kind and efficient. Room was very large and comfortable, there is a wonderful sushi bar across the street along with many restaurants in the area, and it's close to the train station and airport, I would stay again especially for an early flight out.

Nice hotel, close to the airport and downtown Bologna. We only stayed for one night, before going on a cruise from Ravenna. Served our needs pretty well.

The hotel is being renovated and there was smell from substance used in installing the flooring structure. Other than that the room was large and clean although it shows its date (do need renovation). In the bathroom, the bathtub was really awkward with a very high wall making it difficult to get in and out.
The metal blind over the window was hard to pull up or down. Overrall the room was fine for a short stay. Location was okay for me to get the bus to city downtown. Breakfast was good and standard with eggs, bread, bacon, cold cuts, fruits, juices.
