It was in a amazing location, amazing views of the main square and it’s right in the middle of Bolonga so we were able to explore the city with ease. The apartment was lovely and warm, we Ioved the free toiletries and jacuzzi feature of the bathroom. there’s also a mini kitchen which was super handy for making coffee and tea and for storing any food. The host was super attentive to our queries and was easily contactable via what’s app.

overall we loved the apartment the only thing that we didn’t like was the noise from the square. which is unavoidable from staying in a apartment so central

Perfect location, the small studio was clean, well equipped and the reception was flawless.

No negative points but here is some advice. If you plan to rent bikes for multiple days make sure to ask for a storage solution overnight. Don't forget your ear plugs if you are noise sensitive - this is a lively area 24/7.

Soo hot, I know Bologna is in a heat wave. But the windows face the west, maybe some shutters, to keep some of the heat out. The little air conditioner, didn’t do much. It was very uncomfortable.

Chic House apartment was a very efficient room in a great location! Steps from Piazza Maggiore also made taking a cab to the door possible! Communication with the host was flawless. (I did have issues with my phone signal in between the buildings and the staff at Caffe del Mercato were gracious and helpful!) Pescherie Vecchie is a popular street right off the piazza, but the apartment was quiet. The air conditioning was effective and all essentials in the apartment were in working order. We did not use the whirlpool tub or the laundry. The elevator was helpful!! The location could not have been better!

Everything was just as presented in the information. The bathroom sink did drip but it was not a problem for us. Air conditioner was a portable unit, but worked effectively! We made ice in the freezer too!

Great location right in the middle of the center of Bologna. There is happy noise from Piazza Maggiore but I enjoyed being able to see the activities from my room. It was very convenient to just walk downstairs and find plenty of restaurants and the hop on hop off bus. And then if I wanted to sleep before the fun ended in the plaza, I had ear plugs. It is within walking distance from the train station although if you have heavy luggage, you may want to grab a taxi.

it’s pretty loud in the evening/night, so if you’re sensitive, earplugs are a must 😄

Obviously one of the best locations in the city of Bologna, magical view towards the whole old Piazza Maggiore. When you step outside the apartment all you can see is the tiny little streets crowded with people by day and the wonderful atmosphere and joy at the fully restaurants by night. Our host Catalina was great at any manners, came in time in the very moment of our arrival and explained everything what we had to ask, bravo, sure we're coming back!

The location was amazing with view on the big square. The entrance was located in a vibrant street with lots of bars where you could eat charcuterie.

The window didn’t close properly, therefore you hear the noise from the big square. The shower head doesn’t stick to the wall, you need to hold it when showering. We had difficulties with opening the bath plug, we ended up removing it with a knife so the water could run.

Location is very central and the host was very friendly when bending over the apartment, and she was on time.

There is a structural problem with the windows,, they do not close so that it’s very noisy also during the night. This seems to be not a new problem but the windows are bent. The apartment seems to be a bit worn out and not in a clean condition. There are cobwebs in the corners, classes in the shelves were sticky and there was dust at some places stop it was also a few mold spots on the wall near the left window. The air condition is very noisy and I could not imagine to put it on during the night.

Location is just perfect with view on the main square, bath with jacuzzi , really comfy apartment with everything you need! Staff really fast and helpful ! I will definitely come back !!

The location is perfect u have view on the domo and for us we spend it from our room having drink and looking for the domo and square. The studio is perfect for tow people. The studio has a big window so u can enjoy with view.

However there is no comfortable chairs to site on. The chair a bite old and it could be beter that’s all what I can think about it.
