The property is well located with a great view. However, at arrival, I found out the two rooms were not placed together as requested during the reservation. Hotel staff had to fix the rooms locations, but took 4 hours to get it resolved. Área where rooms were located was under renovation and one of the rooms had no hot water in the showers and the other room had a cracked window and poorly maintained window.

The staff and service is excellent. The facilities is quiet older than the pictures online. The view to the sea is perfect!

The property is old and outdated. The room and bathroom were not clean. The hotel staff was not very helpful. We did not stay the night. We left within 2 hours of checking in.

I was probably the only American at the property at the time but I was definitely the only person of color there. The staff was great to me and made me feel welcome. The bar staff was really great! The bartender Robson was super! He made the best cocktails! Overall my stay was outstanding. The food was always good and the drinks were always right!

It is an awesome resort. Many excellent restaurants. Staff is very friendly. However they need more English speakers.

The hotel is being renovated partially but the work done is not interfering with the excellent manner in which the hotel is being run, and the excellent care and attention given to the client!

Café da manhã é bom. Os funcionários são atenciosos. Porém as facilidades do hotel não são tão boas assim. A comida servida também deixa a desejar. Com certeza o hotel não pode mais ser considerado 5 estrelas.

We got ti stay at the presidencail suite and it was prety amazing. The views of Ponta Negra beach are supern and tge room one of a kind for sure. I'll definitely be coming back on my next trip to Natal.

The pictures of the room were not showing that the toilet has a glass door (90% area transparent). So, everybody can see you in your private moment at the toilet as well as the shower, this same glass door runs to the toilet. It was totally uncomfortable for me to share this with my mother. We stay at the room number 341D. Please show people the truth, real pictures 360 degrees for not having surprises like us.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is located in a quiet area where you would only hear the sea. There is a combined cycle and walking path just outside. The area is somewhat windy and the sea is never calm, so you would need to go elsewhere to swim. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was alright. Tapiocas were the highlight with a lot of people queuing for them. There is a newly introduced electronic system for ordering services, which was functioning most of the time. The hotel could use some renovation though. Bathroom in particular needs a bit love.

The Hotel is nice and I hope to return soon. The amenity I liked most was the spa. In my opinion, the only con is the mattress and pillows.

The hotel is far away to be a 5 stars. Need urgent renovation. The room is OK, not super. The air-conditioning is SUPER noise. Food and frins prices are really expensive. Staff is very nice anf friendly. If you are booking a Luxury 5 stars hotel, this is not the place to go.

Muito a desejar. Pra quem está acostumado com 5 estrelas, esse hotel tem muito o que melhorar. Ao fazer check in, pedimos pra ficar com camas separadas, ao chegar, era uma única cama de casal. Eu pedi uma garrafa de vinho pra ser entregue no quarto e depois de 60 minutos cancelei e nem se quer um desculpa foi dado, apenas cancelou o pedido. Durante o dia, um animador na piscina com uma atividade em grupo, todos perto e passando a bola (esqueceram que estamos em uma pandemia?), pouquíssima estação de higienização, pouquíssimo álcool pelo hotel. Decepcionante! Fora isso, localização ótima, qualidade da cama, vista e piscina são bons. Mas eu não chamaria nunca de hotel 5 estrelas.

Overall a very nice place.

This hotel is magnificent! There are several swimming pools, hot pool. Great restaurants. I highly recommend it!

Great Location and Staff

The staff are very friendly. At the reception there was a girl name jassica she is very nice, helpful and professional. They serve breakfast buffet but there is no vegetables (tomatoes, olive etc). There was no napkins in the room I was using toilet papers. At the reception they speak English but in other facilities no one does (example: I went to the spa and no one at the front desk speaks English). The entertainment is very poor by 9:30 it ends and there is nothing left to do. (one of the entertainment was bingo). The food at the restaurants was not that good. You are at the beach and there is no fried food (calamari, ships and fish). I was very disappointed because it was a 5 stars hotel but for me I will give it max 3. The bar has 19 bottles of drinks and looks very poor at the lobby (when you say bad that means it should be fully loaded and should look like a professional bar specialy at the lobby). I have been a hospitaly business for 25 years I opened 5 stars restaurants and hotels and I travel a lot. But I was really disappointed. The general manager needs to do something about it because in the next 5 years they will be depending only on the local people not tourist because tourist they will go once and will never go back to the same hotel again.

There are plenty of pools, it would be nice if there was an adults only pool area.

Hotel is very spacious, some areas need updating some of the chairs need cleaning and new cushions. The gym is a good size however both bikes were unusable. I stayed with my elderly mother therefore used the sofa bed which despite having the mattress changed was a little bit uncomfortable due to the sofabeds frame. The staff in the VIP breakfast area were very friendly and professional. Overall a lovely experience

Our second time staying here, we had a problem during check-in. We reserved a king bed, ocean view, and received a room with 2 smaller beds, facing out the side, over the tennis court with exposed pipes along the wall of the building. So, this is at 2pm in the afternoon, walked back to the front desk and asked for a new room. The girl said they'd have a new clean room at 5pm and they would call us. So we got a drink at the bar, played a game of pool, and then at 5pm went back to the front desk for an update. A different girl said it would be another hour for a clean room... as we witnessed people checking in, and in, and in...A hotel that size, telling me to wait 4 hours for a single clean room? I asked to speak with the manager who, although did come through with a new room... did not even crack a smile, apologize, or anything to make us feel welcome, but more that we were problematic, and causing him to actually have to do work. Once we got to our room, the rest of the stay was great. The food was good, drinks cold, pool pleasant, beach inviting, and supporting staff, such as the guy doing water aerobics in the morning dressed in costume, and the manager of the poolside service, were very friendly and sincere and welcoming.

Great way to begin your Brazil experience. Coastal location with ocean views and breeze. Very clean with all the luxuries you need to feel relaxed.
