Perfect for my trip

The hotel is in good condition. Clean and comfortable.

We love it here we stay here every time we are in town

Good WiFi, clean room and bathroom, comfy bed, nice shower, good breakfast, easy and plentiful parking. I’m a birder so I appreciate the early breakfast hours.

Was pleased with most everything, except the TV. Although it had good station selection, the remote and related navigation was difficult.

Our room was very nice and the housekeepers very accommodating. That’s the good. The lobby and breakfast area are very hot. The staff have fans but during our 5 day stay the only time the lobby or elevators were comfortable was at night. Breakfast grab and take to your room? Breakfast here closes 15 minutes early. Only once when I requested eggs in our 5 day stay were more made. 0900 is not 0845. Change your hours if your intention is to close up at 0845. We commented on this at Christmas when Christmas morning guests were denied breakfast and we watched them throw away the hot food. This was brought to the mgrs attention. Having the smokers bench immediately outside the entrance so it’s impossible to come and go without a haze is not acceptable. There were female staff smoking out there as well and talking about how she’s the only one who does such and such job. It’s a bad look!! We liked this hotel and we are recognized as we have stayed here at least 20 nights in the last year. That choice may be different on our next trip. It’s a shame because the rooms and housekeeping are excellent.

We were happy with our stay here. It was a good location, easy to get to. They just need more luggage carts for the size of Hotel. Personal was very friendly, a few housekeepers need a bit of a smile or a response to a hello. Thank you

Nice, clean hotel with very helpful staff and a great indoor pool. Starbucks and Denny’s are steps away so it was really convenient. The beds were comfortable.

Charged for damages we never did. Miney grab scam to lower maintenance cost.

On sept 2nd i was trying to sleep and there was alot of yelling and screaming in the first floor as well as bottles being broken and fire alarm going off

Cashier was very unhelpful and with bad attitude.

The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was clean & comfortable. Only issue was the shower. It sounded like it "screams" at you when you're showering! 😂 We reported the issue at departure.

Everything was good in the room until I saw ants coming through the cracks of the bathtub and toilet area. Saw spiders in the elevator. They property needs a professional pest control ASAP

Front desk attendant were not interested in helping guests. Her attitude towards an issue with the room’s ac was rude and unprofessional.

Staff was very professional, cleaning crew was very thorough and the breakfast rocked. I was disappointed that they no longer had shuttle service to the airport and back.

The people and the property are excellent. We stay here all the time.

I really enjoyed the indoor pool.

the bed nearest the bathroom was HORRIBLE!!! there was no way my husband and i could sleep together in it. the metal frames at the edge of the mattress where unforgiving and you fell right into a hole. both sides of the bed were bad! Had to sleep sideways in the bed...
