We actually stayed at the Crown Plaza Hotel since the HI Express was closed for renovations.
The front desk clerk helped us find a Saturday evening mass and arranged taxi transportation to and from church. She was very persistent in making sure we were taken care of!

This was falsely advertised as Holiday Inn Express which is closed down. Crowns Plaza took their reservations. I felt lied to. I prefer Holiday Inn Express over Crowne Plaza any day. Furniture run down. Large food crumbs on floor and under bed. Staff super friendly and shuttle runs every 30 minutes except when you need it, then it’s an hour and a half for pickup from the airport.
Booking not lived up to correct chain or promise.

The Holiday Inn property was under construction so I stayed at the Crowne Plaza. It would have been helpful if I knew this information when I arrived at Dublin airport. I was looking for Holiday shuttle. Finally told about the construction by the shuttle bus operator. However the Crowne Plaza was excellent

We actually never stayed at the holiday inn because it is closed at the moment but got upgraded to the wonderful crowne plaza next door for the same price. Delighted with everything there. Very cosy,comfortable,quiet and clean. We were flying out from dublin airport the next day and were able to use the hotels shuttle bus and we asked could we leave a bag there for when we got back and it was no trouble at all! Great staff and food also.

It was too short, as we only arrived at the hotel at 23.35, went straight to bed , had a great breakfast and left by shuttle service back to airport early next morning

We got upgraded to the Crowne plaza next door, beautiful hotel staff very friendly and helpful, room was excellent and very clean, the only problem i had was the noise from doors banging during the night as i am a very light sleeper. Very tired next day. I will return but I will ask for a room at the end of the hallway, hopefully it won't be so loud.

From start to finish our one night stay(travelling from Dublin Airport next morning)@ 4am.they even gave us a takeaway breakfast at that time.free shuttle to airport driver so friendly. Just superb all-round. Couldn't rate this hotel highly enough. Definitely will be recommending it to everyone. Was great value also.

At the moment the Holiday Inn Express is closed because the corona Virus but Crowne Plaza next to the Holliday Inn upgrade my reservation. Crowne Plaza is excellent very nice clean friendly breakfast delicious the shuttle is free to airport I would stay there’s again at Crowne Plaza by the airport.

The only loop hole was the shuttle service that took 1 1/2 for me to wait. Driver didn’t even check customers waiting in the shuttle pickup. Observed other hotel shuttle drivers came down to identify their services

Nice place to stay, except the shower was plugged and water was everywhere. We contacted the desk and they said they would send up a plumber. One hour later, I finally told them to move us to another room, which they did. Also, no computers to be used to obtain your boarding passes, but the hotel next door did allow me to use theirs.

Upon checking out in morning went to get Airport shuttle they had TAXI's waiting out side they refused to take us to AIRPORT saying they did not have our room on list THATS not trur upon checking in that was the first thing we did was make a shuttle reservation after about 10 minutes of us arguing the let us in a Taxi NO THANKS TO THE FRONT DESK MAN he was zero help

The lobby was welcoming as was the bar and breakfast area. Our room was great. Stylish, bright and comfortable. We loved that such a small space could be so well utilized. The front desk was very helpful when we needed help finding our way to downtown Dublin. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. BTW....breakfast was fantastic!

We had booked our stay for 3 adults. The pull out sofa bed was very disappointing. The mattress was so thin and you could easily feel the springs coming through it, it was the most uncomfortable night sleep I have ever experienced.

The beds were terrible rooms were smelling stuff with very poor attitude i.e. the manager and the bar staff over there on holiday and to be treated like rubbish by staff at the holiday in express Dublin airport very disappointed worst ever stay in a holiday in very poor service to a customer

The property is very modern with a fresh new feel. Very nice small room that uses space smartly so I didn’t feel cramped. Very clean. Great for airport shuttle (no fee) with early morning service on the half hour.

We loved the energy wise lighting and the cleanliness of the hotel. One glitch for future travelers is we needed to take the 6:30 am shuttle to the airport but when we got down to the lobby we were told we needed to sign up for that particular one but were never told that at check in and none of the signage said that either so we had to spend 12 Euros for a taxi 😒
