Very clean, decent breakfast. Beds are super soft and comfy.

The stay started rocky when they informed me the WiFi was not working. Since I was planning to do some work while there that was a major disappointment. The next morning I had a cold shower as there was no hot water. I thought well at least they have great cinnamon rolls. And then the cinnamon roll the only one out at breakfast was hard and not edible. I will say that the bed was comfortable but that was the only positive in my one night here.

The first room wasn't cleaned very well. The surfaces were sticky and dusty. The room had a strong stinky order. It smelled like feet. The suite downstairs still had a strong odor but it was clean. I don't think I want to stay here again.

The pool was very inviting, and the breakfast was very good. Everyone was very friendly. The only negative, our room had been freshly cleaned when we arrived and whatever cleaner was used was overpowering. The second night was much better.

Beds were very comfortable, room was clean, bathroom was a great size and clean. Continental breakfast was the best I’ve seen. Will definitely be returning!

The room was clean but the toilet ran all night and day. The check out is at 12, but the house keeper tried to buss in our room at 9am. They didn't say house keeping or nothing just bussing through the door. Then this repeated at 10. So my husband got up and asked whats going on, she stated she was just trying to get a head start. He asked for towels they said the washer was broke. But they found us 1.

Our room was across the hall from the maids room and laundry. People up early in the morning calling each others names and talking VERY loudly. Paint peeling in the bathroom

The building is in disrepair and need some serious attention. There is mold and mildew in the bathroom around the tub. There was an old coffee pod in the coffee maker.
The staff is always amazing at this facility, but the building really needs remodeled, updated and cleaned up. There are so few options in this area to stay and we like to visit our hometown. I don’t want this property to wind up being a five and a six like the other hotels around here.

Since I got my reclining bed at home, I slept the best at this hotel than I have at any hotel and didn’t wake up hurting. Didn’t hear any other noise. The pool was nice and clean.

My reservation was for 6 and our pull out sofa did not have sheets & blanket… I had 3 kids that were tired but had to wait for what should have been in room.

We didnt get a chance to stay because the people at VRBO would were supposed to book us a hotel due to the fact we were SCAMMED and STRANDED by booking with one of there listings, try to tell us they accepted pets because we brought our dog with us and they do not. So really no fault of the hotel, its the VRBO! Do NOT use VRBO to book anything! They are the biggest scammers!

The property area seems to be ok.
With me staying there three nights it was a little boring and aggravating that I wasn’t able to watch TV at all because of the cable connection or whatever, The voice on the TV was going in and out, I could not see a clear picture or hear clear and understand what was really being said on the TV/picture because of the picture going in and out with a lot of static, and lines going across the TV/picture.

The room was clean. Just looked weathered. The door to the room was not sealed, carpet needs repair. At checkin the staff was friendly. Parking safely was a challenge.

Upside: The bed was comfortable and pillows were great. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly.
Downside: The air conditioner had leaked water all over the carpet and our socks got soaked when we walked near the window. The shower head was a handheld type with a clamp on a bar to make it height adjustable. The clamp didn’t hold and the head kept dropping down during the shower.

We got in very late and they were so helpful. The room is clen and large. The breakfast helper was wonderful. The only thing booking wirh Expedia that went smoothly
