It was in a great location near local restaurants

The check in process was ridiculous!!! The ladies that were checking in had no clue how to work the computer and had to call the manager at home to try and get me checked in!!! He wasn’t home so I was told to go to my room and when he gets home, they would call me back to the office to get properly checked in!!! This was totally unacceptable!!! Cleanliness was another issue!!! I also had to change rooms in the middle of the night due to the toilet overflowing onto the bathroom floor. In the new room, the toilet was also not flushing properly!!!

The location was perfect

The room is had a smell and the carpet leading to the bathroom was wet. It supposed to have been a handicap room but the toilet was too low and there was no hand rails

Staff was kind and helpful.

Property is old and it shows! Supposedly handicap accessible, but commode was mini size! If not for handicap rail I couldn't get up or down!

The staff was really friendly and the room was very clean.

No ice machine. Need to offer more for breakfast.

Shower head had pressure and beds were taken care of every day. Clerk at front desk was friendly.

Microwave was very filthy. Had to keep going to front office every day to get towels, cause not enough would be let for 3 people. Floors hadn't been vacuumed. Beds were uncomfortable. Had to flush toilet twice to get toilet paper to go down.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Upon check in, I was asked several questions about why I was getting a room if I lived in Childersburg. I didn’t like being grilled just to get a room. We renewed our vows and just wanted to stay somewhere away from home. Also we had family staying there.
