Every thing good, although restaurant recommended across the street was out of business.

Room was super , toiletries were good , bath towels ample , TV was great , overall good . i have room next to parking lot , so little noisy in area when parking of car , close door neighbour can hear , walls are not thick enough to control noise , close to walking area Aqarium , breakfast spread ok .Seating area were less. Breakfast 1 to 10 - 6 , Room -8, Noise - 5 , overall 1 to 10 - 7

Check in was quick and easy parking is underground and safe. Rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast was good and there was a large variety. Lobby was very nice and staff was welcoming.

Just stayed one night to take an early morning ferry ride to Catalina Island. The room and bathroom was very clean and made for a comfortable stay. Complementary breakfast was excellent and convenient. Just wish the parking was free.

We had a one night stay, my fiancé and I. Our little getaway without kids and our stay was great. Comfortable and our favorite restaurant is just around the corner.

Great stay. Hotel was clean, had good wifi, great staff, and the free breakfast was nice. Short walk to the convention center, some restaurants, and a grocery store. We had a great 2 night stay.

I really enjoyed this location it was walking distance from where I wanted to go. The room was clean and comfortable. I like the parking underneath and the breakfast was good and there were many options to choose from.

Everything was beyond amazing! The room was so nice and clean and above our expectations, there were plenty of amenities and all staff were very friendly! The balcony area was super nice and we were only 3 min from the convention center! There was a Keurig coffee maker, 2 shower heads in the bathroom and comfortable lighting all throughout the room.
My only complaint would be about the parking being difficult past 7pm and you have to pay $23 for said parking.

Easy parking 23 dollars less than 15 mins walk to beach and pikes place with shopping eateries movies ferris wheel and dock activities and aquarium and clise to the queen mary and shoreline village.and aquarium.About 15 to 20 minutes drive to huntington beah.Vons is 2 minute walk behind building. Came with my 12 year old daughter and enjoyed ourselves.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel was very relaxing and comforting and it was clean too.

The elevator from the garage was not available due to surface repairs to the flooring outside the elevator. I'm sure that has resolved since we visited. I had hoped for more eat-out options, but a grocery store was fine. Breakfast was great, the staff was great. The ease of getting to our next activity was great.

The standard beds are fairly small. There’s a charge for parking which was not disclosed when booking the room. The breakfast room was small as well. Not enough places to sit.
Waited for front desk to Assit for 10 minutes because no one was working it.

It was great. I stay at this location at least 5-6 times a year. They have done a lot of renovations. Because of location, this is the only hotel I will stay when visiting Long Beach. Everything is within walking distance.
