Ugh this place is so beautiful you don’t want to leave. They do room service twice a day AM and PM. Beautiful big bathtub and shower. It was so spacious for a single room. Loved the couch and having our own pool so we could stay out as long as we’d like. The public pool thats near the bar/breakfast area isn’t too big for the size of the resort. We never experienced a crowd only a couple joined the pool and that was it. Room service was delicious go for the chicken bacon sandwich and burger. Overall beautiful stay ordered room service mostly to just relax in our room. Beach was beautiful you can kayak and paddle board for free at the small beautiful beach. Sometimes there’s jelly fish but the people working there will tell you if they’re out there. one day we couldn’t but the next day we could. Great experience and service from the staff

Gorgeous resort and amazing staff! The restaurants on property are excellent. The resort is far from the main areas of Phuket - which has pros and cons. We loved being in a quieter area.

During our vacation in Thailand, we stayed in multiple hotels. Our favorite room was at the Sri Panwa. The bed and staff were amazing. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, but the hotel's jungle location meant we had to deal with mosquitoes. Bug repellent is recommended. The hotel is a little dated.

The facility was absolutely beautiful!! The entire staff was very attentive, and breakfast was amazing! Highly recommend it! The only down side was that it was a little over an hour from the airport, but their service makes up for it!

overall amazing experience!

I stayed in one of the new Yaya rooms. Before arrival, I read through reviews posted on different sites and came in with concerns, but once we arrived, all were cast away by how wonderful this property is. The breakfast options and venue were great. The staff was lovely and always helpful. The spa was heavenly. I especially enjoyed the variety of restaurants on the property. We did seem to be only one a handful of people there, but it felt so special to have the place to ourselves. Areas for improvement: - The gym: I was hoping to exercise while I was there. The gym needs serious improvement. The exercise equipment is in good condition, but there are no free weights and the room itself needs attention. It looks and felt abandoned. No water. No towels. Little lighting (like working out in a dark room). I ended up swimming laps in the main pool to get a workout in. - The beachside pool needs a proper bar and music. The infrastructure is there (bar and speakers). So much opportunity to make this space special. When we wanted to order drinks (even water), it took 20 minutes because everything is coming from the main building. - The building A pool was not clean. There's rust on the bottom and quite a bit of algae on the glass facing the beach. The water did not feel clean. I communicated this to the staff. Did not return to know whether this was fixed. That said, the pool in my room was perfect, so I turned on my BT speaker, took out my book and got a nice tan.

First I would like to say thank you to Aoy at Baba Pool club breakfast restaurant with her perfect service. She was absolutely amazing and kind. Her service was beyond and made our Phuket trip at Sri Panwa memorable. She took care of us and delivered perfect services. The room was absolutely stunning and the atmosphere was beautiful. I would have give Sri Panwa 10 stars if I could. It was our first time staying at Sri Panwa and we are looking forward to our next visit. Thank you to everyone who assisted us throughout our stay from Baba Nest, Baba Soul cafe, front desk, hotel’s Tuk Tuk service, Valet, all restaurant, hotel’s bars, and housekeeping. Sri Panwa your staff members were absolutely amazing.

Everything was perfect. But we didn't get the wine bottle nor the room upgrade.

Improve the western food restaurant qualities far away delicious level as it changes 5star hotel price. But Thai /local food And restaurant is good Buffet Is there?breakfast have a lot of space to improve whatever variety and food tastes

Very impressed by the staff there. They were very attentive. I was pregnant during my stay there. At one point other guests started smoking a cigar in the rooftop bar, before I even noticed the smell, the staff offered to move us to another (better) table to avoid the smoke. I also tripped and scraped my knee, the nearby staff arranged first aid for me right away and they came to assist me within just a couple of minutes and was very professional with the wound care.

For an expensive 5 stars resort, you do not feel the hotel is up to standard. From the moment we arrived until we left, we hated every moment in there. Even the coffee is so bad like you re drinking water. You can feel that the service is not ready to be giving you the comfort you expect from such a room rate. Food is below average and overpriced, all the events are overpriced. Room is very humid. I would never stay in that hotel again.

We absolutely loved every minute of staying on this property. It’s away from the main area so we took advantage of the amenities. I did spend quite a bit money on spa treatments but it really wasn’t all that impressive & that’s my only complaint

I have stayed at Sri Panwa on a handful of occasions and it is always an excellent experience. The staff go above and beyond and the resort is always exceptional.

Incredible views from the property but the quality of amenities is not 5 star standard and food is average. But one if the best sunset views from the roof top bar.

I wish the property would update its fitness facilities. The cardio equipment is dated. Not enough towels were provided in the room each day. The area outside the complex is also looking really tired and unloved. I do, however, love the staff at this hotel. They are great. Attentive, warm and welcoming
