The tv was not working

The owners took very good care of their guests and their facility. As an Army location, this was an excellent place for the service men as well as a grandmother to a service man.

I like the fact that it was clean and quiet. The staff could have been a little more friendlier. I guess they were having a bad day. The lady at the front desk was not nice at all.

People hanging out and argueing. Keeping back door open.

This a very old motel with questionable patrons and not well kept. The area is unsafe.

Hotel looked shabby from the outside but the rooms were nice and clean. Out of 4 rooms only 1 had the AC on when we got there, other than that staff was great and everything was clean!

it had bed bugs, the window leaked, the hot water and shower didn't work very well, dogs barking all night, unsafe area/neighborhood

Was my first time staying in hinesville, was a pleasant stay. Was in town for Christmas visiting with my wife's family. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and was a very comfortable stay.

This is the best Motel6 i have ever stayed at. Very clean outside and in the room. Fridge, microwave included.

The reviews were a bit misleading, this ended up being more of a residence Inn people hanging around outside, sleeping. Very thin walls hear dogs barking and people talking/yelling loud at 3am. The check in area was not the usual site. A door was wide open into living quarters and you could see a person lounging about. A dog was running about leapt his front paws on the desk. This was a short trip to visit family, I won’t stay here again

Listen, if I had to choose a hotel to live at for the rest of my life, (in Hinesville), it would ALWAYS be this hotel! Motel 6 here seems like a Holiday Inn elsewhere! I love the staff there, and the owners are even better! Mrs. Bina is THE BEST!!! And her husband is the sweetest as well! They do their best to make sure all things are in order, and that their property is safe! Don’t get creeped out if you see them “lurking”, it’s all in good fair to keep everyone safe while on their property! I especially want to say the housekeepers Leslie and the girl with the glasses and pigtails, (I think her names Elizabeth), are awesome! Rooms were cleaner than clean, and they were extremely nice and helpful! The overnight lady is the best as well! And she always has the prettiest nails! Thank you all so much for making my exit from Hinesville a very comfortable and peaceful one! Quality is superb and the rates are well worth it! And I love that y’all have an ACTUAL FRIDGE!!!!!!!!! Every hotel should!

Part of the staff was so nice you couldn't ask for better service. But some of the staff was so rude it was ridiculous. It was a 4 person room and we were only given enough towels for 3 people. When I asked for more towels I was told NO by certain staff and she argued with me about it. Later I was given more towels by other staff. There were cockroaches in the room and that was never addressed, even though I tried to get someone to acknowledge it and come spray our room or do something. Although some of the staff was very nice and provided excellent service, I wouldn't go back because of the lack of respect by some of the other staff and of course, the bugs.

Staff was really pleasant, the room was spacious, clean and updated. We we're traveling with 2 small dogs and it was nice that they updated to new vinyl wood floors as opposed to nasty carpets in most motels. The place didn't have a lot of amenities but it is after all, a travel lodge and a clean pleasant place to spend the night at an affordable price. We would definitely stop there again.

No problem with the hotel at all. It was kind of hilarious walking in at 1am and hearing a couple getting it on while I was walking to my room. I loved the hotel, the room was clean, staff was great. Housekeeping made sure our stay/room was up to par and that we had clean laundry. Lady owner, Bina was excellent with check in and actually saved me a few dollars, which resulted in me extending my stay a few weeks.

Always great staying here. Very friendly folks. Simple rooms but that's all you need sometimes.
