Just a great place!!

The room was not cleaned very good. We had to clean it. There was no mention of water damage to the hotel which meant no breakfast.

It was standard. The room had an odor to it.

I found a bug in my bed both nights. The A/C leaked. The "breakfast" was some packaged breakfast bars. The front desk woman did not even apologize for the bugs, just asked if I wanted her to send someone to spray. Will not stay here again.

Over all, we were very satisfied. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. The only issue was that at some point the a/c started leaking water on it's side and I stepped into an area of soaked carpet on the last night of our stay. I did inform the the cleaning staff.

The check in staff was nice and helpful, but the other issues far outweighed that. The moment you walk in the front doors, you are hit with a horribly strong odor I can only describe as urine or ammonia. That odor is throughout the 1st and 2nd floor and even strong in the stairwell. Our room had the same odor, but was over powered by a foul musty- mold smell when you walk in, but no visual out right signs of water markings. There was a long coax cable jumbled up and crossing the room from one wall to the other for the cable box. Except the end was broke off and wouldnt stay plugged in. I ask the desk for a new cable, but she didnt have any. So I asked for tape to fix the issue to be able to watch tv. The room was cool, but felt very humid. Several hours later, my clothing and other items just felt damp or sticky. During the night my throat was very itchy and my husband started to itch all over his body. We are both highly allergic to mold. The next morning we looked around and curtain had water stains and behind it on the wall was growing mold spores. We got dressed packed up and left. This hotel could be very nice, but they have a lot of issues to deal with.

We had a nice time staying at this hotel.

Satisfied with my stay. Room was freezing and humid when we first walked in. But, it went away once we got the temperature comfortable. Room felt clean, but paint clearly showed where Sheetrock had been repaired. Especially above the window. Sheets and towels were nice and clean. Service at the front desk was great. Super helpful.

Not bad for the price

Hotel is nice, but our room had no air and no rooms were available. It was a long hot night.

We have stayed at this location for 10 years. All rooms have been remodeled and the staff is so attentive. We will be back next year!

The room was very spacious and had so many options of where to store your items. The only issue was our sink was not draining properly, but the cleanliness of the room and bathroom were great! We will come back to stay.

Beautiful room and excellent staff

Came in on Xmas night. Sleepy. Kids wanted to watch TV, tv was not connected, could not get it connected (tv continually did automatic channel search every time upon powering on). Needed to place baby’s milk in fridge, fridge was hot(turned down knob all the way, that fixed it). Had room on 3rd floor two or three doors north of elevator on west (back) side of building. Could hear an extremely loud knocking noise from something on/near roof. Sounded mechanical in nature. Loud enough to prevent comfortable nights sleep. Hot water took extremely long to reach faucet. Too many small things that made the visit far too uncomfortable, will not be back.

Checkin was fast and easy. The room AC was loud but cooled.

I liked that it was clean. Nice Staff, but room did not have phone and shower curtains not long enough water would go all over the floor. No exhaust fans in the bathroom.

We arrived to find our room was musty smelling and had a small unit brought in, but when we alerted the front desk, they immediately gave us a new room and walked us there just to make sure the AC was working properly in the new room. Best night's sleep I've had in forever - super comfy, roomy, and nice breakfast (love the pumpkin spice waffles!)
