………. Nothing.. this has been the overall worst hotel experience I’ve had the displeasure of going through in over 12 years.

The shower had stains, there was no hand soap just lotion and moisturizer (which were all half used…), the tv only had 24 channels, there were less than 15 store items where 50 would have fit, the freezer only had two sad little chicken pot pies, the staff lied.. first the young lady said they weren’t part of Wyndham then again when they don’t do late checkout (which I had the night before at La Quinta in Victoria tx) when we asked for late checkout.. first they couldn’t tell me the night before cause I had to wake up early to call and ask if they can… that defeats the main purpose which is to sleep late. The seconds staff member which was a guy at night, who parked his little Hyundai under the awning which took up half the space for potential customers, told me La Quinta didn’t do late checkout. He said “ maybe we can do like 15 minutes, but that’s it”.. the young lady also spent almost the entire night in the guest area doing what looked like homework. Three separate times I walked in the lobby hearing the phone ringing, but she ignored it letting it ring out. I’ve stayed at MANY hotels across over 6 states.. I have been questioning La Quinta lately. I had a great experience with la quinta in Victoria the night before, but I will NEVER visit this abysmal hotel again. I am questioning staying at any La Quinta ever again..

The staff were all friendly. And super easy to speak with. They seemed genuinely disappointed that the room was the way it was.

The room was not fully cleaned. Coffee on the table, trash on the floor. The smoke detector was covered with tape, outlet cover was broken by the a.c. and the bathroom sink was leaking

Dirty bathrooms, showers were not clean….room smelled like mildew and with it being a LaQuinta I expected much more of an updated facility!

Location, the decor in the room & entrance & breakfast was good.

Unsanitary yellow substance in the sink & all around the shower, low to the ground toilet, 2 large patches of water damage on the ceiling, which made us wonder about mildew exposure,the sheets were to worn & shower floor too slippery!

The front desk associates were very pleasant. Check-in and check-out was very efficient. The hotel was super clean and nice. The hotel was very quiet, so we slept great. Breakfast was the best!!! So many choices and it was good!

That it’s not the only hotel in Kingsville!

The Room’s carpet was wet in one specific area , so wet that my husbands socks got really wet had to use blow dryer to dry them , at that point we just stayed away from that area , I mentioned it to the clerk at front desks, no I’m sorry nothing . It was as if he didn’t know what to do or say or even care about the problem.
