The hotel is officially 3 stars but I have been to 2 star hotels with higher standards! The building is run down, the pool is overcrowded and not very clean & the all inclusive is a joke!
Having said that, there is always something good and decent to eat despite the food items being very limited. I have been to all inclusive hotels where there have been tens of food items but still nothing good to eat! Therefore, I can't fail the food or the all inclusive but be prepared that their all inclusive is not what you might expect! The Spanish staff is not very nice or helpful (maybe they are tired of the tourists!!) but the foreign workers are quite nice. The cleaning ladies (Spanish & non Spanish) are very nice too.
Overall: disappointing & expensive! I won't give it more than 2 stars!
I have visited Mallorca more than 10 times & can find much cheaper hotels with better standards!

Loved it! Great front desk staff! Maria deserves high marks for kindness and helpfulness!

The lobby and pool area are very nice. The room was clean but the bathroom in our room was dated and needed an upgrade. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Food was good and my fussy husband could always find something to eat.

Very nice staff , very nice food ❤️

Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. Great communal areas such as the bar, pool and park. We got the all inclusive booking and was disappointed with the vegetarian food selection during lunch and dinner. Other than that we had a great experience.

Overall hotel it is good value for money, however the dining area is very small and we often were going out to eat instead of queuing in there. The food was good but the should think about bigger places to dine as the hotel is quite big.

The location of the hotel isn't the best, overlooking a builders yard and it's a bit of a track to the beach but it's a nice enough hotel, very clean and modern. Breakfast was nice

Food is okay, great buffet. Room a little could be improve a little bit, you can hear the noise when the utility clean the hallway or other rooms. Family friendly hotel

The room felt like it’s in a 2-star hotel at best - the bed sheets not tucked properly kept slipping out. There was no bed cover, I had to wear my winter pj to be able to sleep. The bath tub was big enough for people 5ft tall or under.
Dinner and internet connection were much better than the room (which did not deserve the rate I paid) - i’d rate dinner at 8, and WiFi at 10

We spent a couple of nights here and enjoyed the hotel, and surrounding area. The staff were lovely and the hotel had a decent range of facilities, including a pool. There was a decent range of options available for breakfast, and a lunch and dinner, and the menu was quite different, each of the two days that we were there.
However, the place could have been cleaner. It wasn't dirty, by all means, but it could still have been cleaner than it was. Also, the pool area wasn't particularly comfortable. One major plus was that the bar had a poolside shutter, so you could order drinks near the pool area. It only saved a few steps, but really helped get the most out of the all inclusive deal!
The hotel was situated about 10 minutes from the beach, which is very reasonable, especially considering there are plenty of local shops, hotels and bars to take in as you stroll down to the beach.
A big downside was that the plumbing system was extremely noisy, and whenever somebody flushed in the room next to us/above us, we could hear the water running through the pipes, to the extent that it could quite easily wake you up if you are not a particularly deep sleeper!
All in all, the location was decent, the staff were friendly and if you don't mind what was mentioned above, it is good value for money, while you explore the surrounding area, and the all inclusive was definitely worth it!

Pleasant place to stay, with a mixed crowd. Lively, yet relaxed and not noisy. Room was clean and had a nice patio. There was a common area/bar near the pool with music. However, I found the bingo nights to be very lame. My only other gripes were the thin walls in the room and the shower handle wouldn’t always stay in position in the holder.

Good stay. Meals included. Excursions offered. 20 minute bus ride to and from the airport. 30-40 minute bus ride to the city centre. 10 minute walk to the beach. Great location and staff.

Very good for a 3-star hotel. Not far from the beach, near the Aqualand. You can pay for one day in Aqualand and have additionely 6 days for free.

Rather disappointed that we did not get to stay at this hotel. We turned up at the hotel only to be told that the hotel was full with Spanish families who get priority. This was not passed on to us until check in and as we had booked this hotel 5 months in advance it seems a bit rude to do this to us. However we were taken to a sister hotel The Caribbean Bay, which in itself was OK if a bit rowdy. Talking to several other guests it appears that there were quite a few others who had suffered a similar fate to ours. So if you book this hotel be aware that you may not get to stay here.

Rooms were clean and bed was comfy. Had all inclusive, food was average, had flies around but that didn't put me off. Breakfast was a let down, a full English would consist of beans, scrambled eggs and ham/bacon and stale toast? But there was selection for continental. I did like the selection for lunch and dinner and always felt full afterwards, plus it was never too busy. Staff were attentive and got to my request swiftly.
Only went to the pool once, bit too small for my liking so went to the beach everyday instead. The beach is 10 mins walk there and 15 mins back up hill, beautiful beach and worth going back to the area just for that
Aqualand is a 5 mins walk and the hotel do a deal where you can pay one day but get 7 days of use. I found most of my time there was spent queuing so get there early.
The hotel is good if you're on a budget.

We wanted a relaxed atmosphere with good food and comfortable stay.....that's what we got!

I was unsure what to expect after reading the reviews but i was suprised to find the hotel not to bad at all. On arrival the receptionist wasnt too helpful but i have put that down to it being late at night. When we got to our room it was clean and tidy and the bed was comfy. We woke early and went to breakfast, food was basic but still nice. We got a sunbed round the pool easily and helped ourselfs to drinks all day. Lunch and dinner was also basic but edable. There isnt anything going on in the evening but that suited us as we only went for the sun and a rest, so we would walk down to the beach which took about 10mins and had a looked in the shops before heading back and grabbing a drink to take to our room. All in all it was a no frills holiday, we wanted a quick get away before the school summer holidays and thats exactly what we got. If we had the children with us they would have been bored as the park is a swing and thats it but the water park is across the road . We are pleased with what we got for the money after seeing the other hotels in the strip down to the beach. If you want 5* this isnt it, you get what you pay for.

Nice hotel to stay, perfect for families with kids

Paper thin walls meant that the very noisy young lady next door with 4 gentlemen visitors kept us awake. Not sure if she was hiring the room by the hour or just having fun but it was very easy to hear! The hotel did move us to a quieter room the next day .The last night of our stay was noisy because the man had "just got out of prison" according to reception and seems to be having a welcome home party with his friends though why they didn't party in the bar I don't know...Generally this would have been a lovely welcoming clean hotel near the beach if it hadn't been for these issues, which you probably could get in any hotel to be fair.
The pool area was half in shade but the afternoon so the sunbathing space was a bit limited but ok. You just have to keep moving a couple of times

although all inclusive, we had to eat out because of the quality of food served. convenient to most restaurants and the town centre.

We booked hotel as part of weekend deal via Expedia - overall cost was very good value for money however not sure how competitive this would be if you were booking during peak season. The hotel is a 3* and measures up to that in terms of service and value for money. If you think you will get 5* accommodation for 3* price then the hotel would not meet expectations - you need to take a balanced view.
Location wise it was at end of the main drag but within 10 min walk so still accessible. The one thing I would say is that the insulation between rooms is not great so noise from next door reverberates readily - not an issue if you are out on the town alnight but an early' ish night may well be disturbed throughout especially for light sleepers

the good: 50 pounds for the night, all inclusive. the bad: the 'food' served was the cheapest of the cheap, awful reformed meats, the breakfast bacon was like cheap spam in bacon guise. The jam contained little or no fruit, even the bread tasted like it was full of fillers instead of flour. Truly nasty stuff. However, the staff were nice and we weren't expecting miracles for that price - it was a one night stopover before our next day flight. Beer was good, wine awful, fruit juices dreadful luminous chemicals. In summary, it is what it is - cheap and respectable, but next time we'd pay double for something nicer. If you're there for more than a day, expect to eat out regularly, as tyestified by the pizzeria next door - it's packed every night with hotel guests. Ps - el arenal is truly a hole of a resort in every respect apart from the attractive beach front that the brochures would show. A concrete jungle of nastiness!
