It was a okay stay. Room is small. If you need a place just to sleep then this is the place.

Appreciate the pet-friendly policy, availability on short, late notice. Amenities plain, bare bones, in fair/good condition. Room received was quite dirty: sticky drinks residue on more than one surface, several dusty areas, hard covered floor grimy & gritty, tub/shower had weeks-old residue build-up from top to bottom. Frustrating to have bathroom light & fan on single switch.

Good experience

The Hotel has potential yet the Hotel wreaks of smoke smog smell. The pungent smell is in the curtains, in the sheets, in the pillows. The pillow cases were dirty with brown stains everywhere. The comforter on the beds had cigarette burns in them. I wiped down and sanitized everything and on my wipes, it was brown. The doors and sink has stains in them. No breakfast only coffee but being honest I wouldn’t eat a thing that were to be cooked here. They allow the guest to smoke undoubtedly on every floor yet they say their third floor is for smoking. The smoke smell is so loud it makes you want to vomit and also Mary Jane is floating throughout the entire hotel. You can smell it everywhere in there. I know they need guests yet the smoke filled air is horrible. The housekeepers though are super sweet and welcoming and helpful. Be Mindful. Motel 6 this is a poor representation for you :(

The property is run down. Linens on the bed were stained. Towels were stained and had a horrible smell. Water pressure in the shower and the sink was horrible. Took 20 minutes to rinse my hair completely. Hallways smelled like cigarettes, and weed. For two people in the room they had one pillow.

Kindness of the staff was refreshing. NO COFFEE POT the room; common use coffee machine was located in lobby. NOT ENOUGH TOWELS for two(2) adults in the DOUBLE BED room 116

New inventory of bath towels, face cloths, and hand towels needed

The receptionist was unfriendly. The elevator was full of smoke. The room had no shampoo and conditioner. When we called the front desk, no answer. The towels were stained. The walls were paper thin, and the neighbors were extremely loud. We asked to be moved to a new room, but when she found out we had “touched” things in the room, she said they were full. I guess she called the neighbors because then they were just angry and loud and had relations as loud as possible as punishment for the call. I had my child with me, so it was traumatic. The whole reason we chose this hotel was for the free breakfast (we clicked that as our only filter on hotels.com), and when we went down, after being woken up many times in the night, the guy was shocked that we thought there was one. We could not check out fast enough. Never. Again.

To much noise and no respect

You get what you pay for. Not particularly quiet or clean. Adequate for a very short stop.

Only offered coffee for breakfast, but the coffee maker was not working and the heat was not working either.

One of nicest Motel 6-clean, well lit parking lot for walking dogs late ,lots of TV channels, polite staff

I only stayed one night. I like that its close to the airport. This was my first stay here. My bed sheets smelled of pets and some of the bathroom towels were yellow. It was also a little noisy at night. My room was on the first floor.

Convenient to my venue. I was cycling out of ASU stadium downtown. I will stay there again next year.

Walking into room looked nice and like pic on web. Then 2 inch cockroach greeted us. Found no other bugs so stayed because it was late and nonrefundable. Overall r since we booked through expedia.

It was quiet

Very dirty. Not at all comfortable! No coffee pot or any other emenities. I would never stay there again!

Vomit in chair , dirty linens, dirty towels , dirty fridge and white stains on TV. I simply left !!! Staff has no knowledge on how to properly clean a room .

It was comfortable

It was quiet and peaceful. The staff was professional.

I dont really have anything negative. The hotel was an average stay for an average price, although the bed was pretty comfortable.

The room was ok. Linen wasn't clean, had burn holes in bedding and bugs crawling on walls! Room had an odd smell as well. Not good!

Good value

Dirty hotel and poor service Firat room had black mold, muaty, and the AC didnt work. Second room, there was water coming from the bathroom vent from the room above.

Rooms were not clean beds are uncomfortable pool out of service

Gave the motel a chance but very unsatisfied. Shower curtain was mildewed, bath towels and bed sheets were washed but had yellow and brown stains on them. Dirty floors(mostly hair).
