Bathroom wasn’t good

I thought grits would be good for the breakfast

The pool was closed and we were told we had to go across the street to the Hilton to get in the pool. This was a no no and an inconvenience to us

Beds comfortable - AC fine

Tried 3 rooms to find operational TV - 3/4 Floor ice makers inoperable/ lamp bulbs burned out- Kleenex tissue dispenser empty - Cock Roaches in bathroom!

Location and it was like an efficiency apartment with a full size refrigerator

we booked and secured our stay with a credit card yet the night we arrived they said they gave away our room and moved us to the hotel across the street. Never in my life have I experienced this! No notice or anything. Wasn’t given a reason why a secured booking was changed to a cheaper hotel I didn’t approve! On top of that the hotel clerk was obnoxious and said I’d have to ask the other hotel why! plus I ended up paying more for a worse hotel! Unbelievable!
