Lovely weekend break at this hotel, staff were all very helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. Also in a good location, and easy to get to the port, sights and plenty of restaurants.

Very clean facilities, nice staff, walkable distance from the port, the cathedral and restaurants. Very close bus station that connects you with nice beach areas. The breakfast was of good quality and worth the extra price. They offered us to use the fitness facilities to shower and change on our last day before heading to the airport.
This been said, Palma is good if you are a family, not much to do if you are in your 20/30s.

Great location. Amazing, helpful staff who went above and beyond the call of duty. Room was cleany, roomy, comfortable and sound-proof. Would have loved had there been an ice machine available for guests.

We are really amazed. The hotel is so beautiful and very comfortable and is close to the center. We found also a lot of restaurants nearby.
Big room, big bed, big bathroom. Coffee and tea in the room, water bottles free. Small balcony looking in the street.

Most lights in lobby and hallways out at sunset for what they charge they shouldn’t worry about saving a couple of dollars. I didn’t get it!!

What a lovely property, this is so well maintained, the rooms are excellent and it’s the little touches like the radio in the bathroom, water included that make the difference.
This is located a perfect distance from everywhere, easily walkable in all directions, safe and quiet.
The hotel and room are excellently maintained and looked after, if you have the chance to go please don’t hesitate as you won’t be disappointed

The hotel was very clean and tastefully decorated. The room was large and the bathroom was also large. Really liked the built in radio in the bathroom. Breakfast was great too.
However, the room was poorly soundproofed, we could hear people talking in the other room and we could hear noise from the road. This was the only downside to our stay.
Location wise, the hotel is very close to main streets and restaurants.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast provided a lovely range of food, and the lovely staff there was very informative and engaging. I asked her a few questions and she was lovely in her answering.

Had a wonderful short stay at the Continental. Staff are so nice, helpful and polite. Room comfortable and good breakfast options, breakfast staff were lovely. Area nearby(Santa Catalina) fantastic for dining options. Would we recommend…absolutely, would we stay again…definitely. Thank you to you all.

What we liked was the size of the rooms, especially the bathroom with a separate shower. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The breakfast we ate on one day was really well cooked and very good value for money. The staff were super polite and very helpful. Overall, really happy with my stay.

The reception staff were particularly nice, efficient and very helpful. The hotel was in good order. Our room was very large and airy with an excellent ensuite bathroom - a nice place to chill out.

This hotel is situated a bit out of the hubbub of central Palma, but close enough to walk into it. Lots of walkable options for good food. The hotel itself is well kept, with clean, quiet, good sized rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. They do have a parking garage where you may park for a reasonable fee- a godsend in Palma. My only disappointment is that the breakfast ( not included) was mediocre and not worth the extra money. Otherwise- very good value!

Very nice hotel, right in the city centre in Palma. I have had a large room with a large bathroom and yhe balcony overlooking famous windmills.

This is our go to hotel in Palma. It’s in a great position not far from Jaime Tres so close to all the shops and all amenities. The rooms are large and spotlessly clean. The hotel has an old fashioned feel which makes it quite grand. I think we have stayed here about ten times over the years which is a pretty good recommendation!

A couple of issues with our room that were a minor inconvenience. The temperature control was not working properly and the shower door leaked on to the floor but otherwise it was a very pleasurable stay.
