Hard to find, no microwave in room for pizza we bought in their store, shower door broken, poorly designed room and too small.

Very nice hotel with pleasant staff and clean rooms. I could not ask for more especially when I am on on a Business trip! The hotel was very close to the airport as well so getting to and from the airport was effortless. I ate both breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and the food was great. I highly recommend staying at this hotel while in SLC!

The 5 night stay was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. The Wing-Tip Restaurant and Bar was perfect from the staff to the food. I will defiantly stay there again.

Highly recommended front desk guy was very customer service Hotel and rooms very clean perfect and price is very good.

The staff were all friendly, especially the weekday breakfast waitress who was excellent. The minibus from the airport was really useful but as a traveller from overseas I initially struggled to dial the hotel (use 001 not 1). Again the driving staff were, without exception, brilliant. Rooms and public areas were clean and Wi-Fi was never a problem. The only minor issue was that there was no room safe nor a facility at reception (despite a notice on the bedroom door saying that it was a legal requirement) – this was not unusually as only one out of 16 of the hotels we stayed at had a room safe

Very nice hotel!

No exhaust fan in the bathroom and shower floor creeked when standing in it. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Wingtip restaurant experience was good, excellent food and drinks.

Beds are comfortable but hotel is older and worn looking. Shuttle stops running at midnight.

First of all, I want to say that the night shift front desk employee, Jaden, was awesome. He ensured our separate reservations were close by and was super kind when we got the the hotel close to midnight. However, the morning shift employee, Robin, was crabby and rude. Our room key was not working properly and we went to the front counter to ask if it could be rekeyed. She gave me a lecture about how they cannot be put anywhere close to phones, AirPods or any electronics. I had to go back a second time and ask for the same key to be rekeyed again, and she huffed/puffed a second time about my irresponsibility of “putting it near electronic devices” - I want to say that I did not have it near my phone at all. Then, around 11 when we were checking out of the hotel, she asked if I wanted a copy of the receipt. I said yes, I would, but wanted it emailed instead of printed. She said let me check what’s on file and then stated that my reservation was made through Expedia. I said no it wasn’t, so I asked what email is on file, to which she replied I don’t know since it came through Expedia. So, I gave her the one I preferred to receive it at. These interactions left me wanting to be unpleasant, but I was still kind despite her behavior. I think if she is the face of the hotel, she could do better. Especially to people who had not yet had coffee or food first thing in the morning. I work in customer service for a living and that is really unacceptable.

We could hear the freeway from our room which isn’t great. Also a couple people were sitting right by the entrance smoking and it was quite unpleasant.

Was a nice place to stay and they helped me to get to and from the airport after I turned in my rental car. I did not get to try the breakfast as I had to leave at 6am. The price of a buffet breakfast was $15.00 which to me was a bit pricey so I probably would not have used even if I did not leave early.

Horrible shower with water leaking out all over bathroom floor. Limited towels and very soft bed.

Hotel was exceptional! Highly recommend! Free airport shuttle was very convenient and safe. Driver was good.

Great stay!

A superb property! Convenient to the airport; away from the Interstate so very quiet. Staff was super friendly. We stayed with our dog and had access to nice grassy areas to walk and conveniently located dog waste stations.
