For a one night get-away it was a nice place and nice room. Breakfast was lackluster but it was provided. Lots of carb options with very little protein options. Nice location.

Cozy and quiet

We had an amazing stay at Harbour House. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. In short, this is one of the best places we have ever stayed.

Great location you can walk everywhere but a few small things contribute to the lower rating. Our room had a peekaboo view of the lake but the window (on the outside) was covered with bugs/dirt/cobwebs. We moved the plant by the window to open the blinds all the way and the floor was dirty so that’s why cleanliness got a 3. We filled the jet tub in our bathroom and then tried to start the jets - we smelt a motor burning smell so called for help, they were apologetic and offered maintenance within the hour but it was later in the evening and tub was full so we said no thanks, they never contacted us again for maintenance to come while we were out through the next day so it was not repaired. They offer a shuttle service to go in to town for supper, my husband has a bad back so I walked ahead to the restaurant and he was going to go on the shuttle but another couple was in the shuttle and even though there was an empty seat the driver wouldn’t take my husband until after she dropped the other couple off and then would come back for him - time wise it was quicker for him and his back to just walk the 8 minutes into town instead of waiting for her to come back and get him - (the two restaurants were only two blocks apart). They have a wine tasting in the lobby with a three tastes each limit - which is fine - but when she announced she was closing if anyone wanted anything I asked for another white and she angrily and loudly said “this is a wine TASTING”. I was so embarrassed

A delightful stay at this hotel. The entire staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. The shuttle service in the evening was conveniet and appreciated. Would love to return.

The Harbour House hotel is fantastic! Firstly the staff couldn’t make you feel more welcome, and help in any way when it comes to restaurant recommendations, tips on where to visit and even directions for your next destination. The room was spacious, quiet and the bed super comfortable! Highly recommend staying here when visiting Niagara on the lake.

Very nice and small hotel. Staff was excellent!! Very good breakfast in the morning, nice wine and cheese at 4:00 pm. Great Dinning and Shopping within walking distance and a complimentary dinner shuttle is provided in the evening, perfect for inclement weather. The hotel was clean and in good condition. May need an update in the foreseeable future especially with some brighter lighting. I'm a little older and spoiled by bright LED lighting. Can't wait to return for another visit.
