Lola handled everything so well despite the circumstances (max capacity bookings due to a natural disaster). The staff were immaculate and very attending.

We evacuated to Kingsland, GA due to Hurricane Milton making landfall in our hometown. From my initial phone call to the hotel, the staff / GM was very informative and kind. The empathy and compassion that the staff held was very pronounced.
The pros certainly outweighed the cons.
My family and I enjoyed the breakfast, the cleanliness, the gatherings that they held in the evenings, and most importantly enjoyed the courtesy of the employees. Despite it being such a vulnerable and emotional time for many, they held their composure and professionalism, without a break. I can’t thank Lola, Robin, Swann, and the few others enough for making our stay the best it could be.

Our stay was excellent. The suite was clean, and I love that it had a kitchenette. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was hot, fresh and delicious.

I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely plan to stay at hotel again!!! My only complaint would be that I booked a room with a jacuzzi tub and was informed a few minutes before check in that the room was unavailable!!! Hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating due to mishap!!! Love this place and will definitely book again!!😊

This was a test stop on our way to Florida. Hotel was definitely in need of some upgrades. My room had a musky smell, but was clean. The bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. I had an issue with the AC in the other room I had by the young lady who signed us in quickly took care of the issue.

I really liked that there was a seperate living room with a door so we could get our grandson to sleep and not have to go to bed at the same time. Staff were all very nice. Food on the breakfast was ok. Online check in was a waste of time. I had a 10hr drive. I had to pull over to do the online check in, including adding a credit card for incidentals. I then had to do it all over again when I arrived.

Had to change rooms 3 times to get a okay room. Still not clean. The floors are so dirty. The linen was not clean. Had to continue to go to the front desk to get in my room. Could not lock up my items in the room. The safe would not work. The lamp broke when we turned it on, had to get an replacement. So all i can say, it needs to be remodeled.

Upon check in I had to wait for someone to be at the front desk for 5 minutes. When the woman did come in she asked about if I needed to check in and my name. After this I was confused because she was talking and it didn’t make sense, she had an ear bud in and was on the phone. Upon entering the room it had a very musty smell and the AC would not go any lower than 72. In a jacuzzi room temperature is essential. While in the jacuzzi a roach crawled out of the access panel to the jacuzzi. After I killed this I then encountered ants alive and dead in the restroom. Then while crawling into bed plugging things in I saw between the bed and nightstand was a used bandaid. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years but both the staff and cleanliness have went down hill drastically. I brought my concerns up to the front desk and they were dismissed and said the Exterminator was there yesterday. With so many other hotels in this area, use another one if you want a great stay.

The hotel is run down, first room had dead roaches all over the place, 2nd room was filthy didnt even walk through the door, as I was referred by a family member I gave a 3rd try 3rd room seemed to be ok until went to shower and discover also not clean... left for day beds not made up while showering house keeping just came in room did not knock.. the stay was terrible I do not recommend this hotel!

Property is showing its age. It’s fine, but nothing special. The cc number on my account at check in wasn’t mine. The clerk said she cleared it and I inserted mine which was accepted, but the form she had me sign still had the wrong number on it. Seems questionable.

I was traveling alone and the parking lot was very dark and no parking, the elevator was broken and I wasn’t told until after I got the room. I had a lot to carry but it was after midnight and didn’t want to change hotels. The room was very out of date. The man that helped was nice but should have told me about the elevator.

Very rundown. Hotel was dingy and dirty. Room smelled like mildew - like there was a leak in the wall that was painted over instead of repaired. Water in the shower had a foul smell.

The room was roomy and clean, however, the entire property is old and needs renovations. Easy fixes like a broken toilet handle and missing toilet paper holder are overlooked. I am not sure how this property got 3 stars. It served its purpose for one night.
