The room was super clean, spacious, excellent location (walkable to a lot of landmarks and places to vist), lots of eateries near by and the staff are very friendly. Overall a great experience

My only complaint is the cleanliness. Room wasn’t vacuumed and didn’t take our trash. Last day they gave us a towel that had brown stains everywhere so we just used it to put outside of the shower to dry our feet. Other than that the stay was good. Bed is comfortable and workers are nice!

Disappointed with restaurant, had fish and chips which was sooo overcooked and dry. my partner wanted chicken supreme but was told half hour wait so he changed his mind and ordered something else. We still waited 40 mins for food. My kids wanted dessert but the waiter came over and asked if we wanted the bill so at that stage I felt we were being kicked out. We weren’t made feel too welcome so we paid and left. We felt the staff couldn’t be bothered and no one tried to upsell. Rooms were fine but really disappointed with restaurant

Staff was not overly friendly. Overpriced, location just ok, shower head dripped for hours, lotion like water, no shampoo and conditioner-was 2-in-1, terrible underdone pizza, cheap cheap thin toilet paper, bathroom so so small with no full shower door so water goes all over bath floor…would not stay again!
Find a better place to stay!!!

Housekeeping slightly disappointing they did not replenish tea/milk and only threw the duvet over the crumpled sheets.

Standard tourist hotel at the top part of Parnell Square West. Everything you need and expect.The hotel was extremely busy during my stay but the staff handled the flow of guests well.Nothing special about the hotel but good overall comfort and basic service from hotel staff.Slightly dodgy area with two Thai Massage parlours opposite which made the area feel rather sleazy.

Our extended family at 12 needed recommendations for six nights in Dublin and the hotel is perfect. Breakfast provided had many different options and there was plenty of space to just gather when we wanted to be together. All the staff from the front desk to the bar staff to the restaurant staff and the housekeeping staff were amazing.

We just returned from a three night stay at the Maldron Parnell Square Dublin. We were so pleased with our stay. We are a party of five so stayed in a family room. Couldn’t be happier with that choice. We were in a newer part of the hotel and our room was quite large. The beds were very comfortable and the location was great. I highly recommend this type of room for those traveling with families. Request the newer section!

Slightly small for family of five unless willing to double up on beds. Walking distance to bus stop. Free water and cookies/?biscuits. Friendly staff -- Front staff helped us get Uber to airport, bartender gave us a bucket of ice when we asked for a glass of ice. They are spot on regarding checkout with housekeeping knocking on door at exactly 1100. We were able to get late checkout with no added fees. Would recommend but probably better suited for family of 3-4.

Room and bed were fantastic, so comfortable and clean. Shower and bathing facilities great and clean, good water pressure and temperature. Used hotel restaurant and bar, food & drinks were good. Slight issue with one staff member either not listening properly or not understand English that well, asked for garlic mayo and got normal, also asked for a baileys hot chocolate but got given normal hot chocolate, pointed out to a different staff member who got this replaced immediately.
Location is a 10 min walk to the busy areas, but otherwise great. Overall this was a brilliant find and would recommend (or come back again in future).
