Wonderful relaxing stay. Staff is very nice and helpful. Room was just as I expected, charming and comfortable. I would definitely recommend. Shuttled over to winery next door for an amazing dinner. Short distance to town and shops.

We had a lovely one night stay and everything was perfect! Definetly will be back. We especially enjoyed the shuttle service to and from the hotel to Peller Estates in the golf cart...lol! So much fun.

We had two rooms at riverbend to celebrate our 25th anniversary and our friends from UK - we met on our honeymoons. Setting of hotel is gorgeous and bikes were fun. Our room was on trip floor and AC had not been running and stifling hot. No mini fridges in either room. We called ahead to advise of our anniversaries but nothing special done. We paid for bottle of sparkling wine in friends room but hotel did nothing. Not even a greeting during check in. We ate at oaklands restaurant at hotel and they gave us a glass of sparkling wine which was lovely. I wouldn't go back - lots of other options in NOTL. They missed the mark in this case.

Riverbend Inn is a lovely boutique hotel with a great view of the vineyards. The rooms are clean and spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff is welcoming from the moment you arrive.
A great place to spend a quiet stay in Niagara-on-the Lake. The restaurant is also a great spot to have a wonderful meal. The staff is also very friendly and courteous. We had a great experience and I highly recommend it.

Staff at check in and restaurant during our stay was lukewarm. However the room and property were gorgeous and comfortable. Great place for a weekend away. Location very convenient.

The inn was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting out in the vineyard. The room was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and housekeeping was great a perfect place to stay a little away from the hectic shopping area.

A really amazing hotel, would definitely stay there again The restaurant is wonderful and the food is imaginative and delicious. Perfect location, nice and quiet but only 7 min drive from NOTL town. Sitting outside when the sun is setting was absolutely fabulous.

Beautiful old-world facility surrounded by vineyards. Just southeast of the town of Niagra on the Lake. Rooms were well appointed with antique furnishings, beautiful rugs; quite charming. Dining room overlooks a beautiful patio and the adjacent vineyards. Food was slightly below the level of the facilities.

Weather was perfect for the trip ontario is humid so that wasnt the greatest but all in all amazing resturant and staff the free bicycles were alot of fun to travel into town the old way. Certainly an amazing experience

Beautiful property with great staff Everyone was always eager to help and very pleasant. Only downside was room 320 needed a little TLC. The shower head was not great and the walls needed painting.

A beautiful property with excellent staff. The complimentary wine tasting at Peller and the bikes are a nice touch. Excellent meal at the onsite restaurant with gorgeous sunset views. The rooms can use to updating, but this doesn’t deter from the overall experience.

The room was spacious and clean. We were 3 adults. However for the price, we had no real working AC temperature was bearable but not cold, thankfully the stay was just 1 night. Also the bathroom door didn't close properly at all. So we had to put a basket against the door to keep it locked.
We reported all this at the front desk when we checked out. Sadly front desk didn't seem to care much.

First class property with a great setting and easy access to a great winery experience...rooms were spacious and clean and the restaurant served an amazing breakfast

The perfect location for our anniversary. Was greeted with a glass of sparkling wine upon check in. Beautiful garden overlooking Peller Estate winery. Got a complementary shuttle over to the winery for dinner. The room was large and king bed was comfortable. Complementary coffee in the lobby in the morning. Our only regret was we did not book two nights. Will be returning to enjoy all the amenities next time.
