Hotel staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were great Beds were comfortable. Food at the restaurants was very good and reasonable. We will be back.

Very Nice Place. The Pools are wonderful and the food was really good too! Our room was nice and the bathroom was very spacious which was really nice. Would love to stay there again.

The room smelled musky as if the floor had been wet. It is hard to explain the smell. Also, even though the property indicates quite time and they were notified by several people on our floor about the noise nothing was done. There was children and adults running up and down the hallway until 2 am. It was very loud and the next morning kids would knock and run away.

Check in was terrible long line. People complained about late check in late at 5:00/5:15 They said not enough housekeepers .we order to beer they forgot

We had a blast. The employees were friendly amd helpful. The view from my room was beautiful. I will definitely be back. My kids had so much fun.

It was a great place to spend the weekend my wife and I visited Tanglewood for our anniversary and it was amazing wife loved it we will be back soon

Always enjoy coming here, a little old but kept up well. Peaceful place to come, pool was very relaxing. This was our first time staying in the villas, plenty of space, had an enjoyable time

Everything was great. The beer is kind of pricey and the food was horrible, the chicken wings and chicken sandwhich was still raw in the middle. However the staff was amazing and it was definitely relaxing.

Everything is run down, the room light at least 4bulbs is out the leather chair on the desk is completely wore out. Shower is very dangerous, due to water pressure so high, me and my wife almost fall few times, one of the lamp doesn’t work, 2 bulbs out on bathroom so is dark, another bulk out on the desk. Carpet look very old, pool door was hard to open and issue closing, when we came in went to get something to drink at gift shop, no one ever show up and no one at the desk we waited for 9min. For 160 plus tax room it’s not worth it. Breakfast was not good.

Our stay was wonderful. The facilities were clean and well maintained. We spent a lot of time at the pool which was very clean.They seemed to be short staffed. We had to wait a long time for our food.

Had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean, the bed was comfy and really enjoyed the restaurant. I didn't get a chance to use the pools but all guests appeared to be having a great time at the pool. I plan to book at Tanglewood again.

We always have such a great time for our anniversary at the Tangle. It is a quiet and relaxing place to have fun with the family. The restaurant is amazing! I love the robot addition. It gives a futuristic touch. The food is incredible and the service amazing!

We had a nice time despite a bad weather weekend. Lady at check in seemed a little grouchy upon check in but other than that we were happy with the stay.

I love this resort. The location allows for fantastic views of the lake from the Wiskey Tower. Also the new indoor pools are great to relax, it also to get a work out.
I love all the upgrades that have been taking place for the last two years and I heard more exited things are underway.
Looking forward to coming back soon.

Enjoyed the Tower bar view and service. Golf course was fun and friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Liked the workout room.

The resort was very pretty but many amenities were not available because of the time of year. Despite calls and online information which suggested activities would be available. The resort did return some of our money but we would have preferred the activities. Staff was friendly but many new staff so still not sure of their roles.

Nice place in a scenic area. It is older but they have done a good job keeping it up. Very clean and staff is friendly. We plan to come back for a weekend in the summer to use the outdoor pools. Would have been nice to get more information about the facility and amenities at check in.

The staff was very nice and let me check in early so I could catch my boat ride on beautiful Lake texoma, so I was grateful. Room was clean and well kept. I liked the restaurant on site and enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have a robotic cat that delivered the food that made it a fun experience. Abby was my server and she was friendly. I would stay here again.

We love the peaceful atmosphere of Tanglewood Resort and have stayed here many times, however, we were disappointed to see a significant decrease in the condition of the property.

Resort is in a very good location and staff is very nice but little if any amenities on site this time of year. Stayed in a villa which was big but bathroom and restroom are not well laid out, fixtures are old and cheap, water sprays from faucets and shower looks like it came from a camping trailer.
